摘? 要:數(shù)字化時(shí)代信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)需要更多地關(guān)注數(shù)字化帶來(lái)的管理與技術(shù)挑戰(zhàn)。一方面需要在人才培養(yǎng)體系中注意嵌入信息技術(shù)與管理相融合的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu);另一方面,需要努力構(gòu)建德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的人才培養(yǎng)體系。通過(guò)分析全國(guó)370所本科高校信管專業(yè)課程開(kāi)設(shè)情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)的知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)中需要融入大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能、云計(jì)算、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)等相關(guān)知識(shí),同時(shí)需要更加關(guān)注數(shù)字化時(shí)代用戶行為的變化,不斷利用新技術(shù)為管理賦能。通過(guò)結(jié)合江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)國(guó)家一流專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)的情況,從改革培養(yǎng)方案和優(yōu)化課程體系、加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍和團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、深化實(shí)踐教學(xué)改革、加強(qiáng)對(duì)外交流與合作四個(gè)方面介紹了數(shù)字化時(shí)代信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Abstract: The talent training of information management and information system specialty in the digital age requires more attention to the management and technical challenges brought about by digitalization. On the one hand, we need to pay attention to embedding the knowledge structure of information technology and management in the talent training system; on the other hand, we need to work hard to build a talent training system for the all-round moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetic comprehensive development system. Through the analysis of the establishment of information management professional courses in 370 undergraduate colleges and universities across the country, it is found that the knowledge structure of talent training needs to incorporate related knowledge such as big data, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things. At the same time, it is necessary to pay more attention to changes in user behavior in the digital age. Use new technology to empower management. By the practice of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics' information management and information system national first-class specialty, four aspects are introduced, including reforming the training plan, optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening the construction of faculty and team, deepening the reform of practical teaching, and strengthening foreign exchanges and cooperation in the digital age.

1967年高登·戴維斯(Gordon Davis)在明尼蘇達(dá)創(chuàng)立世界上第一個(gè)管理信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè),1998年我國(guó)將已經(jīng)開(kāi)設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)信息管理和管理信息系統(tǒng)等五個(gè)專業(yè)合并成為信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)專業(yè)(后文簡(jiǎn)稱為信管專業(yè))。國(guó)外該專業(yè)(項(xiàng)目)一般在商學(xué)院或計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)院開(kāi)設(shè),專業(yè)或項(xiàng)目名稱也并不相同,包括管理信息系統(tǒng)、信息系統(tǒng)、商業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)和計(jì)算機(jī)信息系統(tǒng)等。
面臨百年未有之大變局,人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計(jì)算,特別是數(shù)字化的發(fā)展,每個(gè)人的工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域都離不開(kāi)信息系統(tǒng)的支持,相應(yīng)也帶來(lái)了一系列的信息管理相關(guān)問(wèn)題。
面對(duì)海量動(dòng)態(tài)和大量的不確定性信息,利用信息技術(shù)提供管理問(wèn)題解決方案的信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)人才的知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)要求面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。如何適應(yīng)數(shù)字化時(shí)代帶來(lái)的市場(chǎng)對(duì)人才的多元化需求,本文將從人才培養(yǎng)的新要求、全國(guó)相關(guān)高校的培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀分析以及江西財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)信管專業(yè)的實(shí)踐三個(gè)方面對(duì)人才培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行初步探索。
一、數(shù)字化時(shí)代信管專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)的新要求
隨著技術(shù)的發(fā)展和全球局勢(shì)的不斷演化,企業(yè)面對(duì)的不確定性也逐漸增多。面對(duì)外部環(huán)境的變化,企業(yè)一方面不斷思考內(nèi)部的數(shù)字化進(jìn)程,應(yīng)用一些新型技術(shù),如人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)降低內(nèi)部的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本;另一方面,數(shù)字化時(shí)代使得企業(yè)的發(fā)展更加依賴于供應(yīng)鏈能力的提升。在內(nèi)外雙層數(shù)字化壓力下,企業(yè)對(duì)數(shù)字化人才的需求日益擴(kuò)大。培養(yǎng)、吸納一批具有數(shù)字化技能、懂得企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理知識(shí)的人才隊(duì)伍,對(duì)于企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、強(qiáng)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)必不可少。
