摘? 要:以“傳承民族醫(yī)藥、培育健康衛(wèi)士”為主題的“三結(jié)合、四平臺(tái)、分階段”中醫(yī)藥特色文化“三全育人”黨建品牌是對(duì)接廣西創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的“第九張名片”,秉承“以人民健康為中心”的理念,以培養(yǎng)新時(shí)代“健康衛(wèi)士”為己任,以黨建+、特色文化建設(shè)為主線,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化“為黨育人、為國(guó)育才”導(dǎo)向,通過(guò)系統(tǒng)策劃、整體推進(jìn)、分類實(shí)施和持續(xù)優(yōu)化改進(jìn),以活動(dòng)為載體,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)、行業(yè)背景及專業(yè)、職業(yè)特點(diǎn),圍繞學(xué)生“成長(zhǎng)、成人、成才”的育人目標(biāo),使特色文化滲透、浸潤(rùn)每一個(gè)育人環(huán)節(jié),全體教職員工參與,豐富“課”的內(nèi)涵,拓展“程”的疆域,優(yōu)化“做”的細(xì)節(jié),提升“行”的自覺,提升育人效果。

Abstract: With the theme of "inheriting national medicine and cultivating health guards", the party building brand of "three combinations, four platforms and stages" of characteristic culture of traditional Chinese medicine is the "ninth business card" of Guangxi's innovation and development, adhering to the concept of "people's health as the center", taking cultivating "health guards" in the new era as its own responsibility, taking party building + and characteristic culture construction as the main line, and further developing Strengthen the guidance of "educating people for the party and the country", through systematic planning, overall promotion, classified implementation and continuous optimization and improvement. 一、品牌的理念與內(nèi)涵
(一)設(shè)計(jì)理念
“三結(jié)合、四平臺(tái)、分階段”中醫(yī)藥特色文化“三全育人”模式以黨建+為引領(lǐng),注重實(shí)施思想政治培育的機(jī)制建設(shè),重在制度的構(gòu)建和“十大”育人體系軟實(shí)力的提升。堅(jiān)持以立德樹人為根本,以理想信念為核心,以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀為引領(lǐng),以全面提高人才培養(yǎng)能力為關(guān)鍵,著力創(chuàng)建中醫(yī)藥特色文化育人模式,實(shí)施學(xué)生職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。依托藥學(xué)類專業(yè)技能大賽、創(chuàng)建校企合作文化品牌等形式,深入開展中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化、革命文化、社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化教育,踐行和弘揚(yáng)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀,優(yōu)化校風(fēng)學(xué)風(fēng),建設(shè)優(yōu)美環(huán)境,滋養(yǎng)師生心靈、涵育師生品行、引領(lǐng)社會(huì)風(fēng)尚,取得一定成效。
(二)品牌內(nèi)涵
“三結(jié)合”:將第一課堂、第二課堂和第三課堂教學(xué)有機(jī)結(jié)合,公共基礎(chǔ)課程與專業(yè)技術(shù)課程相結(jié)合、學(xué)校與企業(yè)相結(jié)合。以能力為本位、就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向,以藥品行業(yè)規(guī)范、職業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為依據(jù),制定職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)方案,全面、全程和系統(tǒng)實(shí)施學(xué)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),提高教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,提升職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、就業(yè)能力和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,為社會(huì)和行業(yè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的技能型人才。
“四平臺(tái)”:建立課程、實(shí)踐、文化、競(jìng)賽育人平臺(tái)。利用課程思政、校企合作實(shí)踐、中醫(yī)藥特色文化及技術(shù)技能大賽四個(gè)平臺(tái),搭建“三全育人”大舞臺(tái),唱響社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀主旋律。
“分階段”:根據(jù)藥學(xué)類專業(yè)學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)、培養(yǎng)的規(guī)律出發(fā),第一學(xué)年重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)基本職業(yè)素質(zhì)培養(yǎng),包括職業(yè)道德、職業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng)和良好學(xué)風(fēng)的形成;第二學(xué)年重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)專業(yè)職業(yè)素質(zhì)教育,包括職業(yè)行為和職業(yè)技能教育;第三學(xué)年重點(diǎn)幫助學(xué)生形成正確的擇業(yè)觀念,成就事業(yè)。
