摘? 要:初中生正處于成長關鍵期,學校在引導初中生學習豐富的文化知識的同時,也要讓學生能夠擁有良好的身體和健全的人格,而體育教學則正可以幫助學生形成好的身體素養(yǎng),因此,對于體育教學活動的展開,學校要加強重視,要從教師入手,為學生提供全能型的體育教師,以便于引領學生學習正確的體育知識,掌握規(guī)范的體育運動技巧,其次,要能保證教師具有深厚的專業(yè)教學技巧和文化底蘊,這樣教師在課堂教學中才能靈活的運用教學方法,激發(fā)學生的運動興趣,讓學生自主參與體育活動。此外,對學生的拓展訓練,教師不能只局限于書本知識,更應該將自身具備的知識融入課堂教學中,對學生實現(xiàn)拓展訓練,讓學生可以在體育活動中形成良好的人文素養(yǎng)、自主運動的精神,這也有助于培育學生的團隊精神。因此,本文將對拓展訓練在初中體育教學中的運用進行分析。

On the application of Outward Bound Training in Junior Middle School Physical Education

【Abstract】Junior middle school students are in a critical period of growth. While guiding junior middle school students to learn rich cultural knowledge,schools should also enable students to have a good body and sound personality,while physical education teaching can help students form good physical literacy. Therefore,schools should pay more attention to the development of Physical Education Teaching activities,starting with teachers,Provide students with all-round PE teachers,so as to guide students to learn correct sports knowledge and master standardized sports skills. Secondly,it is necessary to ensure that teachers have profound professional teaching skills and cultural heritage,so that teachers can flexibly use teaching methods in classroom teaching,stimulate students' interest in sports and let students participate in sports activities independently. In addition,for the expansion training of students,teachers should not only be limited to book knowledge,but also integrate their own knowledge into classroom teaching,realize expansion training for students,so that students can form good humanistic quality and independent sports spirit in sports activities,which also helps to cultivate students' team spirit. Therefore,this paper will analyze the application of Outward Bound Training in junior middle school physical education.

與傳統(tǒng)體育課本的知識不同,拓展訓練有助于激發(fā)學生的自信心,讓學生在訓練時帶著興趣展開運動,這樣所訓練的效果十分明顯,其主要是因為拓展訓練結合了心理知識,教師在訓練學生的過程中會充分的考慮學生的心理活動,然后根據(jù)學生對于體育運動的心理承受能力和身體承受能力進行一定的評估,為學生選擇合適的運動項目,并為其配置相應的運動方案,以便于學生能夠輕松主動的進行運動訓練,進而真正實現(xiàn)對學生的身體鍛煉。在進行拓展訓練時教師會運用已有的教學設施和自然條件,為學生設計適合其運動的項目,讓學生既可以鍛煉,也能接受一定的挑戰(zhàn),這樣才能培育出勇于挑戰(zhàn),并熱愛體育活動的學生,與此同時,學生在完成訓練后,其運動精神也會隨之形成,這對于提升學生的體育素養(yǎng)也有著較大的輔助作用。
