[摘要] 目的 分析老年心血管內(nèi)科護(hù)理教學(xué)中案例教學(xué)法的效果。方法 于2018年8月—2019年8月選取該院老年心血管內(nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)的學(xué)生40名,隨機(jī)分為研究組和對照組,每組20名。研究組行案例教學(xué)法,對照組行基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)法,記錄兩組考核成績、學(xué)生對案例質(zhì)量的評價(jià)以及學(xué)生對教學(xué)效果的評價(jià)。結(jié)果 兩組理論成績對比組間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),研究組護(hù)理技能以及案例分析評分高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);研究組對案例質(zhì)量的各項(xiàng)評價(jià)高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);研究組對教學(xué)效果的各項(xiàng)評價(jià)高于對照組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 老年心血管內(nèi)科教學(xué)中,案例教學(xué)法應(yīng)用有利于學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)積極性的提升,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生解決問題的能力。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of case teaching method in nursing teaching of elderly cardiovascular medicine. Methods Forty students of internship in cardiovascular medicine in the hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group, with 20 in each group. The study group performed case teaching methods, and the control group performed basic teaching methods. The two groups' assessment results, students' evaluation of case quality, and students' evaluation of teaching effects were recorded. Results There was no statistical significance between the two groups in the comparison of theoretical results(P>0.05). The nursing skills and case analysis scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and there statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05). The item evaluation was higher than the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The evaluation of the teaching effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and there was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of elderly cardiovascular medicine, the application of case teaching method is conducive to the improvement of students' learning enthusiasm and the cultivation of students' ability to solve problems.

老年心血管內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)是護(hù)理專業(yè)主要課程,作為護(hù)理學(xué)和老年學(xué)交叉的學(xué)科,老年心血管內(nèi)科護(hù)理學(xué)不僅僅在于保護(hù)老年患者身心安全,提升生活質(zhì)量。同時(shí)這一課程在護(hù)理體系中占據(jù)關(guān)鍵地位,為學(xué)生從事臨床護(hù)理工作,老年護(hù)理保健提供有力依據(jù)[1]。老年心血管內(nèi)科護(hù)理教學(xué)本身具有較強(qiáng)的理論實(shí)踐特征,以往老年護(hù)理學(xué)課程主要以灌輸理念為主,學(xué)生接受為輔,在一定程度上忽略了學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的興趣[2]。案例教學(xué)法主要是教師在教學(xué)過程中,以案例作為根本,讓學(xué)生進(jìn)入到案例情景中,去解決問題,學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行研究分析,加深學(xué)生對理論和概念的理解,以此提升學(xué)生解決問題的能力。該研究2018年8月—2019年8月期間在該院老年心血管內(nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)的40名學(xué)生為研究對象,評定案例教學(xué)法的有效性,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
選取在該院老年心血管內(nèi)科實(shí)習(xí)的學(xué)生40名,隨機(jī)分為研究組(n=20)和對照組(n=20)。研究組中,男女比值3:17,年齡區(qū)間22~25歲;對照組中,男女比值4:16,年齡區(qū)間21~26歲。兩組基本資料對比差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。
