Abstract：Fully building a well-off society，Comprehensively deepen reform，F(xiàn)ully governing the country according to law，F(xiàn)ully strict governance party，“Four Comprehensive” strategic layout is Xi Jinping as general secretary of the new central collective leadership standing history and the era height of building socialism with Chinese characteristics put forward the important concept of governance.Reflects the common wishes of the people of all ethnic groups in the country.It is an important manifestation of Marxism in China.Embodies the spiritual essence of Marxist philosophy.
