[摘要] 目的 研究分析對胃腸道癌術(shù)后早期炎性腸梗阻患者采用非手術(shù)方式治療的效果，以有效的指導(dǎo)臨床實踐和研究。方法 該次研究中開展的時間為2013年5月—2014年5月，組中共納入研究對象138例，根據(jù)患者治療期間接受的不同治療方案，將138例患者分為兩組，對照組患者64例，臨床期間采用常規(guī)內(nèi)科非手術(shù)方式治療，觀察組患者74例，在對照組治療的基礎(chǔ)上給予加減桃核承氣湯治療，比較兩組患者的治療效果，治療數(shù)據(jù)情況采用統(tǒng)計學(xué)軟件進(jìn)行分析處理。結(jié)果 經(jīng)臨床治療分析，觀察組患者的腸梗阻緩解時間明顯短于對照組，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）；觀察組患者的治療有效率為94.6%，對照組為90.6%，觀察組明顯高于對照組，組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 在胃腸道癌術(shù)后早期炎性腸梗阻患者的治療中加強(qiáng)中西醫(yī)非手術(shù)治療可有效的縮短患者疾病緩解的時間，提高臨床治療效果，對于患者的治療和恢復(fù)具有重要意義，值得廣泛關(guān)注和推廣應(yīng)用。

Clinical Study of Non-surgical Treatment for Early Inflammatory Ileus after Gastrointestinal Cancer Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the effect of non-surgical treatment for patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus after gastrointestinal cancer surgery so as to effectively guide the clinical practice and research. Methods This study was conducted from May 2013 to May 2014， and a total of 138 cases were included in the study as the subjects. In accordance with the treatment regimen during the treatment， the 138 patients were divided into two groups， the control group and the observation group. 64 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional non-surgical treatment of internal medicine， and 74 cases in the observation group were treated by the Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction based on the treatment given to the control group. And the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. The treatment data were analyzed and treated by statistical software. Results The analysis of clinical treatment showed that the ileus remission time of the observation group was much shorter than that of the control group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， P<0.05； the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 94.6%， higher than 90.6% of the control group， the difference between the two groups was statistically significant， P<0.05. Conclusion For patients with early postoperative inflammatory ileus after gastrointestinal cancer surgery， strengthening the non-surgical treatment of integrative medicine can effectively shorten the remission time and improve the clinical treatment effect， which is of great significance in the treatment and recovery of the patients， and worthy of wide attention and application.
