摘要 在“新農(nóng)科”建設契機下，水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)需要滿足社會發(fā)展的需要，培養(yǎng)引領(lǐng)未來水族行業(yè)發(fā)展需要的新型復合型人才。針對河南科技大學水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀，提出優(yōu)化課程設置、改革學分制、構(gòu)建靈活多樣的教學模式、培養(yǎng)高水平創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)師資團隊、加大創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)項目和專業(yè)技能大賽的宣傳、推廣和實施、加強校企深度融合和校外實踐基地建設、深化以學生為主體的導師制改革等建議，以期為水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)教育改革提供參考。

Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Reform in Aquarium Science and Technology Major Regarding the New Agricultural Science

Abstract To satisfy the need of social development， aquarium science and technology major needs to cultivate new inter-disciplinary talents who can lead the future development of aquarium industry regarding the new agricultural science. Based on the current status of innovation and entrepreneurship education in aquarium science and technology major， the article put forward some proposals including optimizing curriculum setting， reforming the credit system， constructing flexible and diverse teaching modes， fostering high-quality teaching team for innovation and entrepreneurship， and enhancing the publicity， promotion and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship projects and professional skills competitions.? In addition， the deep integration of schools and enterprises and the construction of off-campus bases should be strengthened， and the reform of the student-centered tutorial system should be deepened. The purpose of above actions aims to supply references for the education reform of aquarium science and technology major.

“新農(nóng)科”概念于 2017 年下半年開始被農(nóng)林教育專家關(guān)注，于 2018年 8 月正式被提出?！靶罗r(nóng)科”的目標為培養(yǎng)適應和引領(lǐng)未來農(nóng)林發(fā)展需要的新型人才。“新農(nóng)科”提出學科綜合度上的整合，走融合發(fā)展之路，打破固有學科邊界，破除原有專業(yè)壁壘，推進農(nóng)工、農(nóng)理、農(nóng)醫(yī)、農(nóng)文深度交叉融合創(chuàng)新發(fā)展[1-2]?！秶抑虚L期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要（2010—2020 年）》提出了改革創(chuàng)新的工作方針，提到培育在校學生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識、創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。《河南省國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃綱要》提出要著力增強創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活力，把創(chuàng)新作為引領(lǐng)發(fā)展的第一動力。

隨著國內(nèi)居民生活水平的提高，水族產(chǎn)業(yè)興起，成為一個新興的“朝陽行業(yè)”。 水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)是以水族產(chǎn)業(yè)為依托、國家發(fā)展休閑漁業(yè)和新型現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)為指導而設立并發(fā)展的專業(yè)[3-4]。水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)作為特色專業(yè)方向，以培養(yǎng)符合國家要求、滿足產(chǎn)業(yè)和社會發(fā)展需求的水族專業(yè)技術(shù)人才為導向，以引導現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)以及休閑漁業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展為最終目標。水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)涉及金融管理學、水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖學、園林設計學等多個學科交叉，符合“新農(nóng)科”的理念。河南科技大學為綜合型大學，為培養(yǎng)多學科背景的綜合型人才需要的學科交叉、技術(shù)交叉提供了充足的資源和平臺。目前，河南科技大學水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)方案包括4個平臺，即通識教育課程平臺、基礎教育課程平臺、專業(yè)教育課程平臺、實踐教育環(huán)節(jié)平臺。通識教育課程平臺包括 5 模塊，即思想政治、外語、體育、國防教育、素質(zhì)教育。素質(zhì)教育模塊包括人文社科類、自然科學類、藝術(shù)教育類、就業(yè)指導類、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)類和心理健康類 6 個類型。實踐教育環(huán)節(jié)平臺包括專業(yè)基礎實踐、專業(yè)綜合實踐和素質(zhì)教育實踐3個模塊。學校和學院積極籌備推進“創(chuàng)青春” 大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽、“挑戰(zhàn)杯”中國大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)計劃競賽、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”大學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽等工作，以促進“新農(nóng)科”背景下學生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和能力的培養(yǎng)。筆者以河南科技大學水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)為例，針對目前我校水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀提出了一些改革的建議，為“新農(nóng)科”建設過程中水族科學與技術(shù)專業(yè)改革與建設提供必要支撐。
