摘要：目的? 觀察拜阿斯匹林、那曲肝素聯(lián)合氯吡格雷治療急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死臨床效果。方法? 選取2018年4月～2019年4月在我院診治的102例急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者為研究對象，采用隨機數(shù)字表法分為對照組和觀察組，各51例。對照組采用拜阿斯匹林與那曲肝素聯(lián)合治療，觀察組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上加用氯吡格雷治療，比較兩組臨床治療總有效率、自發(fā)性ST段回落率、血管再通率及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果? 觀察組治療總有效率為94.11%，高于對照組的80.39%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組自發(fā)性ST段回落率為92.15%，高于對照組的76.47%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組血管再通率為72.54%，高于對照組的54.90%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為3.91%，與對照組的1.96%比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（P>0.05）。結(jié)論? 拜阿斯匹林、那曲肝素聯(lián)合氯吡格雷三聯(lián)治療急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死療效確切，有助于提高自發(fā)性ST段回落率和血管再通率，且臨床不良反應(yīng)少，聯(lián)合用藥安全可靠。

The Efficacy of Bayaspirin，Naltreparin Combined with Clopidogrel in the Treatment

of Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Abstract：Objective? To observe the clinical effect of bayaspirin，naltreparin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Methods? A total of 102 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method， with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bayaspirin and naltreparin， and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel on the basis of the control group. The total clinical treatment efficiency， spontaneous ST-segment fall rate， vascular recanalization rate， and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results? The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.11%， higher than 80.39% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the spontaneous ST segment fallback rate in the observation group was 92.15%， higher than the control group's 76.47%， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the vascular recanalization rate of the observation group was 72.54%， higher than that of the control group of 54.90%， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.91%， and compared with 1.96% of the control group， the difference was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.Conclusion? The combination of bayaspirin，naltreparin and clopidogrel in the treatment of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction is definite， which is helpful to improve the spontaneous ST-segment fall rate and vascular recanalization rate，and there are few clinical adverse reactions， the combined medication is safe and reliable.
