【摘要】目的 探究中醫(yī)外科治療糖尿病合并癰的臨床治療效果。方法 本次對照實驗中，共選取了70例糖尿病合并癰患者作為研究對象，均符合入組標準，并按照治療方法的不同將其分配為參照組和研究組，每組35例患者，其中參照組使用常規(guī)西醫(yī)療法，研究組則在常規(guī)西醫(yī)療法的基礎(chǔ)上增加中醫(yī)外科療法，并對比治療有效率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、血糖變化情況以及住院時間。結(jié)果 應用中醫(yī)外科療法的研究組，顯效19例，有效15例，無效1例，治療有效率（97.14%）;研究組顯效14例，有效15例，無效6例，治療有效率（82.85%），研究組治療有效率顯著高于參照組，（P<0.05）。其次，研究組患者在治療過程中出現(xiàn)2例并發(fā)癥情況，發(fā)生率為（5.71%），參照組出現(xiàn)5例并發(fā)癥，發(fā)生率（14.28%），參照組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯高于參照組，（P<0.05）。再次，治療前兩組患者血糖指標無較大差異，（P>0.05），在治療后，研究組患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖明顯低于參照組，且研究組患者住院時間明顯短于參照組，（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 對糖尿病合并癰患者在治療過程中應用中醫(yī)外科治療可有效提高治療效果，并保證安全性，對患者的快速康復有積極意義。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in the treatment of diabetic carbuncle.Method the contrast experiment，selected the 70 patients with diabetes merged carbuncle as the research object，all fit into the group standard， and according to the different method of treatment to the distribution as control group and research group，each group of 35 patients，including control group using conventional western medicine therapy，the team on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy to increase the surgical therapy of traditional Chinese medicine，and compare the treatment effectiveness， complications， blood sugar and the changes of the length of time.Results in the study group， 19 cases showed obvious effect， 15 cases were effective， 1 case was ineffective， and the effective rate was 97.14%.In the study group，there were 14 cases with obvious effect，15 cases with effective effect and 6 cases with no effect.The effective rate of treatment was 82.85%，which was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group （P<0.05）.Secondly，2 cases （5.71%） of complications occurred in the study group，5 cases （14.28%） of complications occurred in the control group， and the complication rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Thirdly，there was no significant difference in blood glucose between the two groups before treatment （P>，0.05）.After treatment，fasting blood glucose and 2h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the length of hospitalization in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine surgery in the treatment of diabetic carbuncle patients can effectively improve the treatment effect，and ensure the safety，has a positive significance for the rapid recovery of patients.
