【摘要】 目的：觀察奧曲肽聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療肝硬化合并上消化道出血的臨床效果。方法：70例肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者根據(jù)止血藥物選擇不同分為兩組，兩組患者均予以對癥支持治療，對照組（35例）在此基礎(chǔ)上加用垂體后葉素聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療，觀察組（35例）則加用奧曲肽聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療，兩組患者治療時間均為1周。比較兩組患者治療總有效率、住院治療時間、止血時間、再出血率及治療期間出現(xiàn)的心悸、心律失常、惡心嘔吐、胃腸道痙攣等不良反應發(fā)生率。結(jié)果：觀察組患者治療總有效率（88.57%）明顯高于對照組（68.57%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）;觀察組住院治療時間明顯少于對照組（P<0.05），止血時間明顯快于對照組（P<0.05），且再出血率明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）;觀察組患者心悸、心律失常、惡心嘔吐、胃腸道痙攣等不良反應發(fā)生率（8.57%）明顯低于對照組（28.57%），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：奧曲肽聯(lián)合奧美拉唑治療肝硬化合并上消化道出血效果顯著，可明顯縮短住院治療時間和止血時間，降低再出血率及不良反應發(fā)生率。

Curative Observation of Octreotide Combined with Omeprazole on the Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis with Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding/MA Sanying，YUAN Qingbo.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（14）：-23

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Octreotide combined with Omeprazole on the treatment of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Method：A total of 70 patients with liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into two groups according to the different choice of hemostatic drugs.Both groups were treated by symptomatic support treatment.The control group（35 cases） was treated with Pituitrin combined with Omeprazole on this basis.The observation group（35 cases） was treated with Octreotide combined with Omeprazole.The treatment time of two groups were all one week.The total effective rate，hospitalization time，hemostasis time，rebleeding rate and adverse reactions such as palpitation，arrhythmia，nausea and vomiting，gastrointestinal spasm during treatment of the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate（88.57%） of the observation group was significantly higher than 68.57% of the control group（P<0.05）.The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group（P<0.05），the hemostasis time was significantly faster than that of the control group（P<0.05），and the rebleeding rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions such as palpitation，arrhythmia，nausea and vomiting，gastrointestinal spasm of the observation group（8.57%） were significantly lower than 28.57% of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Octreotide combined with Omeprazole for the liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding has a significant effect，which can significantly shorten the hospitalization time and hemostasis time，reduce the rate of re-bleeding and the incidence of adverse reactions.
