[摘要] 目的 觀察慢性鼻竇炎鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)護(hù)理的臨床護(hù)理路徑及效果。 方法 選取2015年11月～2017年11月慢性鼻竇炎患者99例作為研究樣本，以術(shù)后護(hù)理措施的不同隨機(jī)分為觀察組（n=48）和對(duì)照組（n=51），兩組患者均進(jìn)行鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療，術(shù)后對(duì)照組予以常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組予以臨床護(hù)理路徑干預(yù)。觀察兩組患者各項(xiàng)臨床指標(biāo)情況、心理改善情況以及護(hù)理滿意度。 結(jié)果 觀察組手術(shù)時(shí)間（62.02±8.71）min、術(shù)中出血量（56.97±6.62）mL、住院時(shí)間（8.67±1.28）d以及健康知識(shí)掌握情況（9.88±0.33）分，對(duì)照組分別為：（88.96±6.78）min、（93.64±7.88）mL、（13.65±2.94）d、（6.39±0.57）分；觀察組護(hù)理后SAS評(píng)分、SDS評(píng)分分別為（30.75±8.81）分、（28.34±8.96）分，對(duì)照組分別為（38.64±9.59）分、（33.65±9.27）分；觀察組護(hù)理滿意度為95.83%，高于對(duì)照組為82.35%，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 慢性鼻竇炎鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)護(hù)理的臨床護(hù)理路徑及效果顯著，值得借鑒。

Clinical nursing pathway and effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on chronic sinusitis

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical nursing pathway and effect of endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis. Methods The study was performed from November 2015 to November 2017. 99 patients with chronic sinusitis were selected as study samples. Participants were randomly divided into observation group（n=48） and control group（n=51） according to postoperative nursing methods. Both groups were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery. The control group received routine nursing after operation， and the observation group received clinical nursing intervention. Then we compared the clinical indicators， psychological improvement and nursing satisfaction of two groups. Results In the observation group，The duration of operation was（62.02±8.71）min， intraoperative blood loss was（56.97±6.62）mL， duration of hospitalization was（8.67±1.28）d and health knowledge score was （9.88±0.33）； the indicators above in the control group were （88.96±6.78）min， （93.64 ± 7.88）mL， （13.65±2.94）d and （6.39±0.57）， respectively. The scores of SAS and SDS were （30.75±8.81） and （28.34±8.96） in the observation group， and （38.64±9.59） and （33.65±9.27） respectively in the control group. The nursing satisfaction was 95.83%in the observation group， which was higher than 82.35% in the control group. The differences between the two groups were significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway and effect of chronic sinusitis endoscopic surgery nursing is remarkable and worth learning from.
