摘 要：通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、測(cè)量與評(píng)價(jià)法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法，對(duì)天津市9所高等院校1 791名大學(xué)生12 min跑的成績(jī)進(jìn)行分析研究，運(yùn)用累進(jìn)計(jì)分法制訂了大學(xué)生12min跑的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，運(yùn)用離差法制訂了大學(xué)生12 min跑評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)。為天津市各高等院校的體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試提供標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并對(duì)其他省市高等院校的體質(zhì)健康測(cè)試也具有很好的適用性及參考價(jià)值。

Abstract：With literature， measurement and evaluation and mathematical statistics methods，it has analyzed the 12 min run performance of 1 791 students from 9 universities in Tianjin and developed the 12 min run-rating and evaluation grade respectively with progressive scoring system and deviation method. The assessment scale will provide standard for the physical health test of college students in Tianjin， form the basis for student achievement evaluation in colleges and universities， and have much reference value for the physical fitness test in colleges and universities other than in Tianjin.
