作為一名初出茅廬的青年教師,我積極響應(yīng)新課改中“高校課堂”的號(hào)召,在課堂教學(xué)模式的探索中,始終堅(jiān)守著這份教育理念:教育,既要“為生命導(dǎo)航”,也要“讓學(xué)生出彩”。
教學(xué)片段一:鼓勵(lì),讓學(xué)生敢于“出彩”
為了改變學(xué)生不善于溝通,不主動(dòng)開口說英語的現(xiàn)狀,我每堂課都會(huì)經(jīng)常表揚(yáng)他們讀,經(jīng)過我的多次表揚(yáng),孩子們的自信心增強(qiáng)了。
教學(xué)片段二:游戲,讓學(xué)生快樂“出彩”
為了攻克又一難題——記單詞。我想到將單詞與小游戲巧妙結(jié)合,于是,在接下來的一堂課中,一上課我就很高興地跟孩子們宣布了一件事情,今天我們不上課,我們來玩游戲!孩子們聽后,立馬高興得鼓起掌來。
教學(xué)片段三:合作,讓學(xué)生共同“出彩”
本課是unit 9的第一課時(shí),其主要目標(biāo)是會(huì)用Can you come to my party?的句型,并使用目標(biāo)語言作肯定(Yes/Sure,Id love to...)和否定(Sorry, Id love to,but I have to...)回答,學(xué)會(huì)can的基本用法。
我在設(shè)計(jì)此課教案時(shí)采用小組合作式學(xué)習(xí),將班上47名學(xué)生分成8個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)小組。下面以本堂課為例,展示該課程的教案及本人對(duì)這堂課的感受。

反思和總結(jié):課前聽歌是為了給學(xué)生營造一種輕松愉快的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛,使學(xué)生盡快融入英語課堂。
Step2.Lead-in
1. Talk about everyday activities. At least one activity
2. Read the expressions aloud.
3. Play a game.
4.Finish 1a.
反思和總結(jié):隨著轉(zhuǎn)盤游戲的進(jìn)行,不僅可以活躍課堂氣氛,還能讓學(xué)生對(duì)新課產(chǎn)生興趣。
Step 3. Presentation
Ask and answer:
Ask some students to answer my questions, maybe they have different answers, write down the main answers on the blackboard.
反思和總結(jié):這時(shí)問的問題正好可以呈現(xiàn)本堂課的目標(biāo)句子“Can you come to my party?”讓孩子立馬掌握并作出相應(yīng)的回答。
Step4. Practice
1. Pair work.
First,let two students read the example in the speech bubbles to the class.
A: Can you come to my party?
B:① Sure, Id love to.
②Sorry, I cant. I have a piano lesson.
Then ask students to practice some invitations with the right pictures on the screen. Ask students to use the phrases to practice the conversation.
2. Boys PK Girls.
反思和總結(jié):首先通過pairwork和男女生競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的練習(xí)操練對(duì)話,讓學(xué)生反復(fù)多說多練target language.
Step5. Consolidation
1. Listening:
Listen to the tape of Part 1b carefully. Ask students to complete the activity individually, write the names next to the correct students in the picture.
2. Groupwork
Choose one party and invite your friends. Find out who can come, who cant come. Then give a report in the class.(小組匯報(bào))
反思和總結(jié):要求學(xué)生以分組搶答的方式完成聽力訓(xùn)練1b的練習(xí)。既能起到再次訓(xùn)練和鞏固的作用,又能讓學(xué)生增強(qiáng)團(tuán)體精神。
Step 6 Summay
對(duì)本堂課進(jìn)行總結(jié),使學(xué)生更加明確本堂課的重、難點(diǎn)。
Step 7 Exercises
對(duì)本節(jié)課內(nèi)容進(jìn)行練習(xí),加深學(xué)生的記憶。
【課后反思】
1.對(duì)教學(xué)方法的不斷改進(jìn)。我在設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)任務(wù)時(shí)創(chuàng)設(shè)了大量的教學(xué)情景,不僅激發(fā)了學(xué)生參與的興趣,也激發(fā)了教師的幸福感。
2.對(duì)教材和知識(shí)點(diǎn)的深入挖掘。明確了教學(xué)目標(biāo)的任務(wù)后,就要細(xì)心鉆研教材,充分挖掘教材的智力因素,用到教學(xué)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,從而提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
3.新穎有趣的教學(xué)形式。本節(jié)課開展小組競(jìng)賽,為學(xué)生的綜合表達(dá)提供了豐富的素材,體現(xiàn)了以學(xué)生為主體的教學(xué)原則。
在面向未來的英語課堂中,我將矢志不移,繼續(xù)踐行小組合作理念,不斷優(yōu)化小組學(xué)習(xí),讓英語課堂靈動(dòng)飛揚(yáng),讓學(xué)生生命之花燦爛芬芳!
