淄博市高青縣青城學(xué)區(qū)碼頭小學(xué)是一所沿黃鄉(xiāng)村小學(xué)，學(xué)生來(lái)自轄區(qū)的22個(gè)自然村，共有三個(gè)年級(jí)。近年來(lái)，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展和學(xué)校布局調(diào)整，這所曾有百年建校史、最多時(shí)有600余名學(xué)生的碼頭小學(xué)，目前僅有26名學(xué)生，成為高青縣為數(shù)不多的鄉(xiāng)村“微小學(xué)”之一。

2020年8月，原本在菏澤市單縣任教五年且符合回調(diào)政策的張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)，為照顧身體殘疾的母親，決定和丈夫杜承國(guó)回到家鄉(xiāng)高青縣工作，并且主動(dòng)申請(qǐng)到偏遠(yuǎn)的碼頭小學(xué)任教，至今已近4年。

張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)在家中姐妹三人中排行老大，上初中時(shí)因交不起學(xué)費(fèi)差點(diǎn)輟學(xué)，是她的老師一直默默資助她完成學(xué)業(yè)。這件事在她心中埋下了感恩老師、回饋社會(huì)的種子，成為她選擇來(lái)這所“微小學(xué)”的另一個(gè)重要原因。

碼頭小學(xué)距離高青縣城22公里，西靠黃河，地處偏遠(yuǎn)，當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)民祖祖輩輩依靠種地生活，集體經(jīng)濟(jì)薄弱。在校學(xué)生家庭情況各異，綜合素質(zhì)有所欠缺，教學(xué)難以取得明顯成效。越是如此，就越需要多一份責(zé)任與堅(jiān)守。杜承國(guó)和張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)來(lái)到學(xué)校后，成為15名教師中最年輕的力量，為教師隊(duì)伍注入了活力。“杜承國(guó)與張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)二人年紀(jì)輕且學(xué)歷高，思維活躍，工作積極上進(jìn)，教學(xué)成績(jī)不斷提高，是學(xué)校的中堅(jiān)力量。”校長(zhǎng)李軍對(duì)他們的工作給予高度評(píng)價(jià)。

在完成主科教學(xué)工作之余，杜承國(guó)和張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)特別喜歡和孩子們一起跑操、踢球、玩游戲，還會(huì)給他們講述黃河的故事。就這樣，在更和諧的師生關(guān)系中，孩子們的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)也在不知不覺(jué)間逐步提高了。

2021年11月，杜承國(guó)在高青縣義務(wù)教育青年教師課堂教學(xué)大賽中獲得小學(xué)語(yǔ)文組一等獎(jiǎng)；2022年9月，張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)被評(píng)為“全縣在教育教學(xué)、科研和管理方面表現(xiàn)突出教師”。

根據(jù)縣里學(xué)校布局調(diào)整，再過(guò)不久，碼頭小學(xué)將并入青城學(xué)區(qū)中心小學(xué)，學(xué)生就讀環(huán)境和教師工作環(huán)境將得到改善。到時(shí)，杜承國(guó)、張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)離家就更近了，上下班也會(huì)方便很多。

引路在腳下，追夢(mèng)向前方。杜承國(guó)、張衛(wèi)衛(wèi)表示：“我們都是農(nóng)村出來(lái)的孩子，深知農(nóng)村生活的艱辛，無(wú)論未來(lái)如何變化，只要孩子們需要，我們便扎根鄉(xiāng)村，傾心教學(xué)，托舉起他們的未來(lái)與希望?！?/p>

Rural Revitalization by Cultivation of Students

Quay Primary School in Qingcheng School District， Gaoqing County， Zibo， is a rural primary school along the Yellow River. Its students come from 22 natural villages therein， and respectively study at three grades. In recent years， with socioeconomic development and school layout adjustments， the century-old primary school with a maximum of over 600 students in the past only has 26 students now， becoming one of the few rural “micro primary schools”in Gaoqing County.

In August 2020， Zhang Wei- wei， who had served as a teacher in Shanxian County， Heze for five years， and conformed to the policy of transferring back， decided to return to work in her hometown Gaoqing with her husband Du Chengguo in order to look after her physically disabled mother， and voluntarily applied for teaching at the remote Quay Primary School. So far， she has worked at the school for nearly four years.

In November 2021， Du Chengguo won the first prize in primary Chinese at the Gaoqing Classroom Teaching Competition for Young Teachers in Compulsory Education； in September 2022， Zhang Weiwei was rated as an “Outstanding Teacher in Education Teaching， Scientific Research and Management of the County”.

Du Chengguo and Zhang Weiwei said， “We both come from the countryside， and know very well the hardship of rural life. No matter how the future will change， for as long as students have needs， we will take root in the countryside， devote ourselves to teaching， and support rural children’s future and hope.”
