摘? 要:波速球(BOSU)通過(guò)提供不穩(wěn)定平面,已經(jīng)成為運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的組成部分,尤其是以健康為導(dǎo)向的運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練中,日漸成為研究的重點(diǎn)。而B(niǎo)OSU在運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練理論方面的研究相對(duì)較少。該文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)階段BOSU在運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行論述,包括在急慢性抗阻訓(xùn)練、平衡訓(xùn)練中等方面的作用,為進(jìn)一步豐富體能康復(fù)訓(xùn)練手段,明確BOSU運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練作用,推動(dòng)BOSU在體能康復(fù)訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。

The Role of BOSU in Sports Rehabilitation Training

Abstract: BOSU has become a part of sports rehabilitation training with providing unstable platform, especially in health-oriented sports rehabilitation training, become the focus of research. However, the research of BOSU in sports rehabilitation training theory is relatively lacking. This article uses the literature material law which discussed the application of BOSU in physical rehabilitation training at home and abroad at present,including the role in acute or chronic resistance training and balance training etc. It is aimed at enriching the effects of physical rehabilitation training,clearing the function of physical rehabilitation training and promoting the development of BOSU in the application of physical rehabilitation training to provide theoretical basis.

BOSU又稱(chēng)半圓平衡球,波速球訓(xùn)練將身體一個(gè)或多個(gè)部位置于訓(xùn)練器上,使身體處于非穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行靜力性或動(dòng)力性訓(xùn)練,主要用于康復(fù)、運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練、健身等多種項(xiàng)目,而B(niǎo)OSU在運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方面理論研究相對(duì)較少,認(rèn)識(shí)BOSU訓(xùn)練的生理學(xué)機(jī)制是運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練方案設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)。該文對(duì)BOSU在運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練中作用進(jìn)行概述,分析BOSO訓(xùn)練生理學(xué)機(jī)制,為豐富體內(nèi)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練手段,確波速球訓(xùn)練作用,推動(dòng)波速球在體能康復(fù)訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。
1? BOSU抗阻訓(xùn)練中的作用
1.1 BOSU在急性抗阻訓(xùn)練中的作用
力量訓(xùn)練的目的在于提升肌肉量或肌肉輸出功率,BOSU不穩(wěn)定界面抗阻練習(xí),肌肉向心收縮階段力量輸出功率低,BOSU不穩(wěn)定界面抗阻訓(xùn)練中的應(yīng)用備受質(zhì)疑。力量訓(xùn)練理論研究深入,BOSU平面下急性抗阻訓(xùn)練肌力輸出功率,受運(yùn)動(dòng)階段、運(yùn)動(dòng)負(fù)荷、運(yùn)動(dòng)背景影響。與穩(wěn)定面下相比,在BOSU上完成無(wú)負(fù)重等距下蹲時(shí),力輸出顯著降低,而肌電活動(dòng)相近,肌肉可在低負(fù)荷情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)定平面下類(lèi)似肌電活動(dòng)[1];另低負(fù)荷負(fù)重下蹲向心運(yùn)動(dòng),穩(wěn)定面和BOSU平面上的力量訓(xùn)練平均輸出功率沒(méi)有顯著差異,僅高負(fù)重下蹲向心運(yùn)動(dòng)階段,BOSU平面上平均輸出功率顯著降低,雖然BOSU平面上的高負(fù)荷訓(xùn)練輸出功率低,但平均輸出功率下降速度要低于穩(wěn)定平面,BOSU平面上抗阻訓(xùn)練對(duì)大負(fù)荷力量輸出影響更大,且輸出功率下降速度慢,尤其適合肌力衰退患者的抗阻練習(xí)[2];而低負(fù)荷情況下,運(yùn)動(dòng)員BOSU平面上臥推向心階段的平均輸出功率不變,高負(fù)荷情況下運(yùn)動(dòng)員BOSU平面上臥推向心階段平均輸出功率高[5]。提示BOSU平面上低負(fù)荷抗阻訓(xùn)練適用于康復(fù)患者,BOSU平面上高負(fù)荷抗阻訓(xùn)練適合運(yùn)動(dòng)員。
1.2 BOSU在慢性抗阻訓(xùn)練中的作用
BOSU平面上慢性抗阻訓(xùn)練,改變肌肉激活模式,提高核心激活,增強(qiáng)神經(jīng)適應(yīng),力量增強(qiáng)。為期4周的BOSU平面上慢性抗阻訓(xùn)練,提高踝關(guān)節(jié)4個(gè)基本運(yùn)動(dòng)平面上肌力[3];另單腿下落BOSU平面股四頭肌、腘繩肌激活比顯著降低,降低運(yùn)動(dòng)員膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲[4]。另每周3次為期8周BOSU訓(xùn)練,啦啦操運(yùn)動(dòng)員矢狀面、水平面及冠狀面核心肌群能力得到顯著提升[5],50% 1RM負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度為期8周的BOSO平面上杠鈴下蹲、臥推訓(xùn)練,顯著提高肌肉力量[6] ,為期12周BOSU抗阻力量訓(xùn)練,增強(qiáng)機(jī)體小肌群之間的協(xié)調(diào)能力[7]。BOSU平面下慢性抗阻訓(xùn)練,改變關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)∪馐湛s模式,刺激核心肌群,增強(qiáng)小肌群協(xié)調(diào)。
2? BOSU平衡訓(xùn)練中的作用
2.1 增強(qiáng)關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定
BOSU作為一種平衡訓(xùn)練器,增強(qiáng)肌肉、提高肌肉運(yùn)動(dòng)反應(yīng)能力,提升關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定性。慢性踝關(guān)節(jié)為期6周的BOSU單腳站立訓(xùn)練,踝關(guān)節(jié)前后方向、內(nèi)外側(cè)方向上穩(wěn)定性均提高[8]。另為期4周的BOSU不穩(wěn)定界面上的訓(xùn)練,青少年踝關(guān)節(jié)力4個(gè)基本運(yùn)動(dòng)平面產(chǎn)生的力均增強(qiáng)[3]。BOSU平面上運(yùn)動(dòng),能夠增加踝關(guān)節(jié)內(nèi)外翻活動(dòng),增加踝關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)∪膺\(yùn)動(dòng)能力[9]。
2.2 提高控制力
BOSU訓(xùn)練刺激深層次小肌群,增強(qiáng)機(jī)體核心控制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),為期8周波速球訓(xùn)練,拉丁舞運(yùn)動(dòng)員大腿內(nèi)側(cè)和身體中段的收緊度會(huì)增加,核心肌群內(nèi)聚力提高,核心穩(wěn)定性提高[10]。另為期8周的波速球訓(xùn)練,有效促進(jìn)關(guān)節(jié)周?chē)顚臃€(wěn)定肌群與核心肌群的力量,游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員平衡能力顯著提升,對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)員在動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境下,身體環(huán)節(jié)穩(wěn)定與平衡能力起到了積極的作用[11]。
3 其他康復(fù)作用
肺康復(fù)治療包括運(yùn)動(dòng),教育和心理支持,有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)慢阻患者一周兩次的BOSU平衡訓(xùn)練,對(duì)改善其呼吸、情緒、疲勞等方面是有幫助的[12]。另為期12周BOSU球平衡訓(xùn)練,患者健側(cè)肢體代償能力提升,平衡能力提高,依賴(lài)行減少,完成日常生活所具備的平衡能力提升[13]。通過(guò)BOSU不穩(wěn)定界面下的抗阻訓(xùn)練,帕金森患者神經(jīng)募集、下肢靈活性等均得到有效改善,動(dòng)作表現(xiàn)、認(rèn)知恢復(fù)、生活質(zhì)量均得到改善[14]。
4? 結(jié)語(yǔ)
BOSU訓(xùn)練作為一種功能性訓(xùn)練工具,為訓(xùn)練者提供了不穩(wěn)定的訓(xùn)練界面,通過(guò)急性、慢性抗阻訓(xùn)練,訓(xùn)練者分別取得不同的訓(xùn)練作用。其中,對(duì)康復(fù)人群來(lái)說(shuō),BOSU界面下急性小負(fù)荷抗阻練習(xí)中,肌肉輸出功率小,具有和穩(wěn)定平面下大負(fù)荷抗阻練習(xí)中類(lèi)似的肌肉激活,為肌力不足個(gè)體提供抗阻訓(xùn)練可能;對(duì)有運(yùn)動(dòng)員而言,BOSU界面下小負(fù)荷抗阻練習(xí),肌肉輸出功率和穩(wěn)定平面下一致,大負(fù)荷抗阻練習(xí),運(yùn)動(dòng)員才會(huì)動(dòng)用更多的肌肉,為取得更好的抗阻訓(xùn)練效果,運(yùn)動(dòng)員需增加負(fù)荷重量,形成有效刺激;BOSU界面下的慢性抗阻練習(xí),改變肌肉收縮模式、增強(qiáng)小肌群協(xié)調(diào),提高肌肉力量。與此同時(shí),BOSU不穩(wěn)定界面上的運(yùn)動(dòng),可增強(qiáng)關(guān)節(jié)穩(wěn)定、提供機(jī)體控制力,進(jìn)而提升身體平衡力,除此之外,BOSU訓(xùn)練在治療慢阻、腦卒中、帕金森患者方面也具有一定的作用。
