“白發(fā)催人老,青陽(yáng)逼歲除。”“閑云潭影日悠悠,物換星移幾度秋?”光陰荏苒,歲月如梭,四季輪轉(zhuǎn),一年又一年,歲末年關(guān),回首來(lái)路,早出晚歸,披星戴月,風(fēng)里來(lái),雨里去,幾番艱苦,幾度辛酸,如人飲水,甘苦自知。在忙碌而瑣碎的日常教學(xué)中,在與學(xué)生朝夕相處中,我經(jīng)常反思,如何化腐朽為神奇,以最佳最高效的方式寓教于樂(lè)?怎樣才能走進(jìn)學(xué)生內(nèi)心,撫慰一個(gè)個(gè)敏感易碎的心靈?怎樣讓現(xiàn)在這群衣食無(wú)憂、貪圖安逸的孩子們懂得珍惜,明白感恩?怎樣讓孩子們?cè)诿篮玫那嗍[歲月,不負(fù)韶華,不忘初心?為此,我常常輾轉(zhuǎn)反側(cè),夜不能寐。偶有所感,記錄如下,以求總結(jié)得失,積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),以鑒來(lái)日。
一、引導(dǎo)學(xué)生方面,雙語(yǔ)利導(dǎo),諺語(yǔ)點(diǎn)化!
1.激發(fā)熱情,鼓勵(lì)先行。俗話說(shuō):“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如樂(lè)之者。”興趣是最好的老師!每天課堂教學(xué),師生互致問(wèn)候后,我便順手在黑板上寫一句英文諺語(yǔ),如:Everything is easy with a willing heart?。ㄐ闹福瑹o(wú)所不成?。㎞o pleasure without pain!(沒(méi)有苦就沒(méi)有樂(lè)?。㎞o sweet without sweat!(先苦后甜?。㎞othing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it?。ㄊ郎蠠o(wú)難事只怕有心人?。┨嵝褜W(xué)生珍惜光陰時(shí),我寫到:A young idler,an old beggar.少壯不努力老大徒傷悲!an hour in the morning is worth two in the evening!(一日之計(jì)在于晨?。┮龑?dǎo)學(xué)生放下手機(jī),健康生活時(shí),Health is better than wealth!(健康勝過(guò)財(cái)富?。〦arly to bed early to rise makes you health,wealth and wise!(早睡早起讓你健康,富裕,聰明?。?/p>
2.轉(zhuǎn)換角色,設(shè)身處地!“落紅不是無(wú)情物,化作春泥更護(hù)花!”一切為了學(xué)生,為了學(xué)生的一切。教師應(yīng)放低身段,以平等的態(tài)度對(duì)待每一個(gè)學(xué)生,及時(shí)與學(xué)生促膝而談,發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,及時(shí)解決。當(dāng)有學(xué)生考試之后備受打擊,情緒低落時(shí),我悄悄在他作業(yè)本上寫:All things are difficult before they are easy?。ǚ彩孪入y后易!)Nothing is impossible to a willing heart!(有志者事竟成)!Never say die?。ㄓ啦谎詶墸。〨od helps those who help themselves?。ㄌ熘灾撸?!Storms make trees take deeper roots!(風(fēng)暴使樹木深深扎根)?。ǜ屑橙?,感恩挫折?。┊?dāng)有學(xué)生學(xué)不得法,事倍功半時(shí),我指導(dǎo)他們Custom makes all things easy.(有個(gè)好習(xí)慣,事事皆不難?。〢 man becomes learned by asking questions?。ú粣u下問(wèn)方能博學(xué)?。㎞ont claim to know what you dont know.(不要不懂裝懂?。〥ont put off till tomorrow what should be done today!(今日事,今日畢?。?/p>
3.力做四個(gè)引路人。習(xí)近平指出,教師育人的“本質(zhì)”是:做學(xué)生錘煉品格的引路人,做學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)的引路人,做學(xué)生創(chuàng)新思維的引路人,做學(xué)生奉獻(xiàn)祖國(guó)的引路人。21世紀(jì),師者,不僅僅傳道授業(yè)解惑,更要關(guān)心國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際形勢(shì),放眼全球,做好學(xué)生的引路人!當(dāng)有學(xué)生取得一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)成績(jī)之后飄飄然,不知天高地厚,目空一切時(shí),我在課堂上有意無(wú)說(shuō):Pride hurts,modesty benefits?。M招損,謙受益)!Pride goes before and shame comes after?。湴潦谷寺浜螅。┊?dāng)有學(xué)生遭受挫敗,一蹶不振,郁郁寡歡時(shí),我激勵(lì)他們:A fall into a pit,a gain in your wit.(吃一塹,長(zhǎng)一智!)Nothing is impossible to a willing heart.(有志者事竟成?。﹩l(fā)學(xué)生合作學(xué)習(xí),優(yōu)化學(xué)習(xí)方法時(shí),我常說(shuō):”A single flower does not make a spring(一花獨(dú)放不是春,百花齊放花滿園?。?Better to ask the way than go astray?。▎?wèn)路總比迷路好?。?/p>
二、教育教學(xué)方面,厚積薄發(fā),因勢(shì)利導(dǎo)!
1.與時(shí)俱進(jìn),活到老,學(xué)到老。“盛年不重來(lái),及時(shí)當(dāng)勉勵(lì)!”“問(wèn)渠那得清如許,為有源頭活水來(lái)?!盧eading enriches the mind?。ㄩ_卷有益!)21世紀(jì),日新月異,Time waits no man?。〞r(shí)不我待!新思維新理念層出不窮,作為教師也要及時(shí)更新教育教學(xué)理念,探求新思想新方法?。?/p>
2.聽力訓(xùn)練日?;?,固定化。農(nóng)村來(lái)的學(xué)生大多英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,聽力尤甚,所以英語(yǔ)教學(xué)必須經(jīng)?!澳ザ洹?,持之以恒,天天練。長(zhǎng)計(jì)劃,短安排,因材施教,精選聽力材料,優(yōu)化訓(xùn)練策略。Every little helps?。ǚe少成多?。〤reep before you walk?。ㄑ驖u進(jìn)?。?/p>
3.閱讀理解任務(wù)到人。Task-based methods任務(wù)型閱讀!帶著問(wèn)題去尋讀!學(xué)不好英語(yǔ)就一個(gè)字“懶”,懶得記單詞,導(dǎo)致詞匯量太少,嚴(yán)重制約閱讀理解能力提高。因此,每逢閱讀理解訓(xùn)練,我都務(wù)必責(zé)任到組,責(zé)任到人,“逼迫”學(xué)生動(dòng)手查單詞,開口組織語(yǔ)言,提升閱讀理解能力!The longest journey begins with the first step!(千里之行始于足下!)
4.鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生多讀英語(yǔ)范文。“熟讀唐詩(shī)三百首,不會(huì)作詩(shī)也會(huì)吟!”優(yōu)秀的英語(yǔ)書面表達(dá)值得三番五次閱讀,甚至背誦!我激勵(lì)學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)英語(yǔ)范文收集本,一周至少積累2~3篇優(yōu)秀作文,長(zhǎng)此以往,堅(jiān)持不懈,早讀晚讀安排一點(diǎn)時(shí)間誦讀,并且熟讀成誦!
三、自身素養(yǎng)方面,海納百川,有容乃大!
1.博覽群書,開拓眼界。有空有閑時(shí)候,不妨多讀書,做一個(gè)知識(shí)淵博的人,在教學(xué)中才能做到信手拈來(lái),運(yùn)用自如!
2.深挖教材,研究教法。 “千淘萬(wàn)漉雖辛苦,吹盡狂沙始到金?!薄凹埳系脕?lái)終覺淺,絕知此事要躬行!”作為教師,因材施教才能事半功倍!
3.勤反思,多總結(jié)?!傲鞴馊菀装讶藪?,紅了櫻桃,綠了芭蕉!” “及時(shí)當(dāng)勉勵(lì),歲月不待人?!痹谄饺战虒W(xué)工作之余,勤反思,多總結(jié),自身才能不斷提高!
“千教萬(wàn)教教人求真,千學(xué)萬(wàn)學(xué)學(xué)做真人!”Wisdom in the mind is better than money in the hand.(胸中有知識(shí)勝過(guò)手中有錢?。┞仿湫捱h(yuǎn)兮,吾將上下而求索!教無(wú)定法,教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)。為了高效教學(xué),為了祖國(guó)英才,我將不斷進(jìn)取,不恥下問(wèn),悉心鉆研,爭(zhēng)取更高,更強(qiáng)!
