摘要：目的 ?了解甘肅省大學(xué)生急救知識、態(tài)度及培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀，分析其影響因素，以期為高校制定大學(xué)生急救培訓(xùn)計劃提供理論依據(jù)。方法 ?采取隨機抽樣法，選取2019年4～6月河西學(xué)院、蘭州大學(xué)、蘭州理工大學(xué)3所學(xué)校571名在校生為調(diào)查對象，采用自行設(shè)計問卷調(diào)查急救知識、態(tài)度及培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 ?甘肅省大學(xué)生急救知識維度得分為（4.32±1.61）分，除急救呼救電話基本常識得分較高，其他常用急救方法知識知曉情況欠佳;參與過急救培訓(xùn)的大學(xué)生僅158名（27.67%），未參加培訓(xùn)的原因依次為：找不到培訓(xùn)途徑、沒時間參與、由于付費不愿參加、對急救培訓(xùn)不感興趣等;急救態(tài)度各維度得分處于較高水平;大學(xué)生對親近人實施急救行為的態(tài)度較陌生人更為積極。針對人工呼吸、心肺復(fù)蘇、固定止血3項急救措施大學(xué)生不愿意施救的主要原因為擔(dān)心急救能力不夠。結(jié)論 ?甘肅省大學(xué)生急救知識欠缺，但該人群具有一定的急救意識，急救態(tài)度積極。高校應(yīng)有針對性的對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行急救培訓(xùn)，幫助其掌握常見突發(fā)事件和傷害的應(yīng)急處置方法，提高大學(xué)生群體自救、互救能力。

Abstract：Objective ?To understand the current state of emergency rescue knowledge，attitude and training of college students in Gansu Province，and analyze its influencing factors，in order to provide a theoretical basis for colleges and universities to formulate emergency rescue training plans for college students.Methods ?A random sampling method was used to select 571 students from three schools in Hexi University，Lanzhou University，and Lanzhou University of Technology from April to June 2019.The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate first aid knowledge，attitude and training status.Results ?Gansu province college studentsfirst aid knowledge score is （4.32±1.61） points.Except for the basic common sense scores of first aid call numbers，the knowledge of other common first aid methods is poor;only 158 college students who have participated in first aid training （27.67%）.The reasons for participating in the training are： unable to find training channels， no time to participate，unwilling to participate due to payment，not interested in first aid training，etc.the scores of various dimensions of first aid attitude are at a high level strangers are more active.The main reason why college students reluctant to rescue was that they were worried about the lack of first aid ability.Conclusion ?The first aid knowledge of college students in Gansu province is lacking，but this group has a certain first aid awareness and a positive attitude towards first aid.Colleges and universities should provide targeted first-aid training to college students，help them master emergency treatment methods for common emergencies and injuries，and improve the ability of college students to help themselves and each other.
