【摘要】學(xué)習(xí)一門語言不是一個簡單和容易的工作，有時候它很無聊和乏味。因此如何有效激發(fā)學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)是一個重要的問題。動機在語言學(xué)習(xí)中扮演一個重要角色。英語學(xué)習(xí)動機是影響外語學(xué)習(xí)的重要因素之一，它決定著學(xué)生在英語學(xué)習(xí)中所花的時間和學(xué)習(xí)克服困難過程中毅力的付出多少，從而影響學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)效果。對學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)動機進行研究有利于激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動機，從而提高學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)興趣。本文在概述學(xué)習(xí)動機研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上，還分析了初中生學(xué)習(xí)英語的現(xiàn)狀，最后對如何激發(fā)與培養(yǎng)初中生學(xué)習(xí)動機并應(yīng)用到初中英語教學(xué)課堂進行了具體探究。

【Abstract】Learning a language is not a simple or easy task， sometimes it is boring and tedious. So how to effectively stimulate students to learn English is an important issue. Motivation plays an important part in language learning. English learning motivation is one of the important factors influencing foreign language learning， which determines the number of students learning English in the time spent learning and perseverance to overcome difficulties in the process of paying. Thus affecting the students' English learning； this view was also used by many linguists he accepted， and was also written into the new English curriculum standards promulgated by China in 2001. English learning motivation is an intrinsic motivation of learners （for English learning needs， desire， etc.） it promotes a voluntary and effective effort to learn English. Studying English learning inspiration for students ， which is good for stimulating students motivation and improving students' interest in learning English.Based on an overview of research on the theory of inspiration， but also analyzes the current situation of middle school students to learn English， and finally how to motivate and trainmiddle school students motivation to learn and apply it to teaching middle school English classroom specific inquiry.

The main learning motivation is students awareness and a keen interest in learning ， which is an inner mental state and process of normal development for stimulating students' learning activities whose conduct toward certain learning objectives. Right motivation is a necessary condition to acquire knowledge， but also an important part of the formation of high moral quality. English learning motivation for students of English can be expressed as a certain degree of love and desire for knowledge. There are individual differences in motivation directly affects students' English learning. For students of middle school， English learning motivation is very important.

II. The importance of stimulating and developing students learning motivation

Often referred to as the driving force of our motivation， “driving force is the need for food， water， or praise， etc.， and promote individual react in some way”， it can be seen driving force is the basic force of human survival and social development of the students. If the students has sustained and effective learning， motivation is one of the main factors influencing English learning， excellent learning environment and learning conditions just external， internal only by students， that good motivation can play a role.

2.1 A prerequisite for learning

Motivation is a prerequisite for students tend to have a strong motivation to study hard learning attitude and strong willpower. The relationship between motivation and learning is a typical complementary relationship. 3.2 Build an effective situation

Psychological research shows that： new and interesting， food for thought situations can stimulate students 'curiosity， which requires teachers to improve teaching methods， the creation of effective teaching situation， to stimulate students' curiosity and thirst for knowledge. Teachers give students leave enough time and space for free play， let the students discuss bold， this mission-driven， student-centered classroom， in order to arouse the enthusiasm of students to actively participate， is effective classroom students like. Rich， interesting， diverse forms of teaching content， such as games， tongue twisters， riddles English， English idioms proverbs， English songs and movies， as well as a variety of student-centered English classroom activities， such as scenes of dialogue， group discussions， drama performances etc.， so that students continue to see opportunities to improve their English， make full use of the performance of students desire， ambition， make English learning challenging， continue to stimulate students' motivation to learn English.

3.3 Stimulate students' interest in learning

Good learning atmosphere is to stimulate learning motivation， promote student learning external conditions. Relaxed and harmonious atmosphere in the classroom is of great significance to stimulate and develop students 'motivation to learn English. Timely feedback learning can promote teachers consciousness to reflect on their teaching behaviors so that they can improve teaching methods. Through the discussion of middle school students in English learning motivation and strategy we know that stimulating students learning motivation are very important in English teaching. Only students remain fresh interest in learning English， the teacher could enable students to establish the confidence to learn English， to maintain a strong desire for knowledge， and actively take the initiative to participate in classroom interaction in English classroom in order to achieve effective， efficient and long-lasting teaching.
