[摘要] 目的 探討改良式簡(jiǎn)易自帶可吸煙式高頻電刀在乳腺癌手術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。 方法 將2019年8月至2020年10月于本院開展乳腺癌手術(shù)的50例乳腺癌患者和20名醫(yī)護(hù)人員設(shè)為對(duì)照組，術(shù)中采取普通不帶吸煙高頻電刀;將2019年8月至2020年10月于本院開展乳腺癌手術(shù)的50例乳腺癌患者和20名醫(yī)護(hù)人員設(shè)為治療組，術(shù)中采取改良式簡(jiǎn)易自帶可吸煙式高頻電刀，比較兩組手術(shù)時(shí)間、手術(shù)間空氣菌落數(shù)與醫(yī)護(hù)人員空氣質(zhì)量評(píng)分及對(duì)手術(shù)操作環(huán)境的滿意度評(píng)分情況。 結(jié)果 治療組手術(shù)時(shí)間為（94.52±11.38）min，短于對(duì)照組的（118.26±15.20）min，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。術(shù)中及手術(shù)結(jié)束時(shí)，治療組手術(shù)間空氣菌落數(shù)為（0.30±0.06）CFU/m3、（0.35±0.08）CFU/m3，低于對(duì)照組的（0.58±0.08）CFU/m3、（0.62±0.10）CFU/m3，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療組醫(yī)護(hù)人員空氣質(zhì)量評(píng)分、對(duì)手術(shù)操作環(huán)境的滿意度評(píng)分為（1.58±0.42）分、（1.45±0.38）分，高于對(duì)照組的（0.62±0.20）分、（0.44±0.10）分，兩組比較，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 乳腺癌手術(shù)中采取改良式簡(jiǎn)易自帶可吸煙式高頻電刀能縮短患者的手術(shù)時(shí)間，改善手術(shù)室空氣質(zhì)量，提升醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)手術(shù)操作環(huán)境的滿意度，可進(jìn)一步推廣到臨床。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of modified simple self-contained smokable high-frequency electrotome in breast cancer surgery. Methods A total of 50 patients with breast cancer surgery and 20 medical staff in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were set as the control group. The common non-smokable high-frequency electrotome was used during the operation. Another 50 patients with breast cancer surgery and 20 medical staff in our hospital from August 2019 to October 2020 were set as the treatment group. During the operation， modified simple smokable high-frequency electrotome was adopted. The operation time， the number of air colony in the operation room， the air quality score and the satisfaction score of medical staff with the operation environment were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the treatment group was （94.52±11.38） min， which was shorter than that of the control group （118.26±15.20） min， with statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. During and at the end of the operation， the number of air colony in the operating room of the treatment group was （0.30±0.06）CFU/m3 and （0.35±0.08）CFU/m3， respectively， which were lower than that of the control group [（0.58±0.08）CFU/m3 and （0.62±0.10）CFU/m3]， The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The air quality score and satisfaction score of the medical staff in the treatment group were （1.58±0.42）points and （1.45±0.38）points， which were higher than those in the control group [（0.62±0.20）points and （0.44±0.10）points]， The differences in air quality score and satisfaction score of the medical staff between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Modified simple smokable high-frequency electrotome can shorten the operation time of patients with breast cancer surgery， improve the air quality in the operating room， and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff with the operating environment， which can be further used in clinical practice.
