The way and idea to hold the business activity have been changed by a pandemic. Affected by the Covid-19， many business meetings and types of activities have transferred to be held online in order to avoid the body contact， while the challenge has been posed to the non-contacting precise services of the MICE industry to drive the upgradation of the industrial technology， by which the structure of talents in the industry has been impacted inevitably like employees sharing， flexible working， online training and noncontacting recruitment and so on， all these innovations are telling us that changes have taken place in the talent cultivation of MICE industry and working mode. The bridge between MICE industrial enterprises and colleges and universities will be created for reference in doing a good job on the MICE industrial talents cultivation in the post-pandemic in order to discuss the change in the MICE industrial talents after the pandemic.
