摘? 要:小學是學生成長和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時期,家長和教師作為重要的教學主體不能忽視學生的具體成長。為了更好的促進小學生健康發(fā)展,需要家校之間形成教育合力。以家校共育模式為主,有效的開展合作教育工作,為小學生健康成長保駕護航。小學家校共育合作工作開展具有重要意義,這符合課程教育改革要求,也滿足學生的實際成長需要。所以,學校應(yīng)該積極尋求家長的配合,形成良好教育合力的同時,真正的為促進小學生發(fā)展提供指引。由此,針對小學家校合作共育工作開展的具體意義入手,能夠讓兩個教育主體充分發(fā)揮教育的精彩和實際力量。

Practice and Thinking in the Cooperative Work of Home-School Education in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Primary school is the key period of the growth and development of students,parents and teachers as an important teaching subject can not ignore the specific growth of students. In order to better promote the healthy development of primary school students,it is necessary to form a joint educational force between home and school. Based on the home-school co-education mode,we can effectively carry out cooperative education to protect the healthy growth of primary school students. It is of great significance to carry out home-school co-education cooperation in primary schools,which conforms to the requirements of curriculum education reform and also meets the actual growth needs of students. Therefore,schools should actively seek the cooperation of parents to form a good educational synergy,and at the same time really provide guidance for promoting the development of pupils. Therefore,starting with the specific meaning of the home-school cooperative education in primary schools,the two education subjects can give full play to the wonderful and practical power of education.

教師作為重要的教學主體,尋找家庭教育合力的同時,也應(yīng)該擺正自身的教學角色。家校教育合作共贏能夠為帶動小學生實現(xiàn)自我成長提供準備,小學家校共育工作開展的過程中,以尊重學生主體地位為主,發(fā)揮學生的具體學習價值。通過家庭教育和學校教育雙重保障,讓學生面對學習的時候不再產(chǎn)生困惑。結(jié)合當前家校合作共育教學開展的實際意義入手,學校教育在緊緊的抓住學生學習成長情況,讓家庭教育釋放出一定的魅力和色彩。不斷的整合小學家校共育模式的同時,實現(xiàn)小學生綜合素質(zhì)的進步和成長。
1. 小學家校共育合作工作開展的意義
小學是學生成長和發(fā)展的重要階段,教師和家長都應(yīng)該充分認識到學生教育教學工作開展的重要意義。小學家校共育合作工作開展展現(xiàn)出十分重要的意義和價值,從多個角度入手,為全方位的帶動小學家校共育合作工作開展奠定基礎(chǔ)。具體如下:
