摘 要:參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)ISO 12219-9-2019 《汽車內(nèi)飾件揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物測(cè)定-大袋法》選擇2000L采樣袋測(cè)定座椅皮革的醛類類物質(zhì)的含量,并依照J(rèn)JF 1059.1-2012《測(cè)量不確定度評(píng)定與表示》對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行不確定度分析與評(píng)定。根據(jù)檢測(cè)結(jié)果計(jì)算公式建立不確定度分析的數(shù)學(xué)模型,從氮?dú)馓畛?、采樣、?biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線擬合、重復(fù)測(cè)量等不確定分量合成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度。結(jié)果顯示標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線擬合、重復(fù)測(cè)量?jī)蓚€(gè)不確定度分量對(duì)合成不確定度的貢獻(xiàn)最大,通過(guò)對(duì)不確定度的評(píng)定,規(guī)范試驗(yàn)方法,確保檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Aldehydes in Vehicle Interior Parts-Bad Method

Abstract:With reference to ISO 12219-9-2019, a 2000L sampling bag was selected to determine the content of aldehydes in seat leather. In accordance with JJF 1059.1-2012, the article analyzes and evaluates measurement results. The mathematical model of uncertainty analysis is established according to the calculation formula of the test results, and the standard uncertainty is synthesized from the uncertain components such as nitrogen filling, sampling, standard solution, standard curve fitting, and repeated measurement. The results show that the two uncertainty components of standard curve fitting and repeated measurement contribute the most to the combined uncertainty. Through the evaluation of the uncertainty, the standard test method is used to ensure the accuracy of the test results.
