摘?要:隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”和移動通信設(shè)備的層出不窮,人類的學習方式發(fā)生了革命性的變革,對高職教育也產(chǎn)生了巨大的沖擊,而青年教師是高等職業(yè)教育教學質(zhì)量提升的中堅力量,應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變教學觀念和人才培養(yǎng)模式,把學科教學與信息技術(shù)深度的融合,學院也應(yīng)把青年教師信息化教學能力的提升作為發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的核心戰(zhàn)略,促使教師提高課堂教學質(zhì)量和效果。本文在重點分析了高職院校青年教師信息化教學能力現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)之上,探討了提升高職院校青年教師信息化教學能力的對策。

2018年4月,教育部頒布《教育信息化2.0行動計劃》指出,教育信息化推動了我國高等職業(yè)教育教學改革,教育信息化已從1.0進入2.0時代,開啟了智能時代教育下的不朽豐碑。[1]在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時代背景下,人們的學習方式發(fā)生了巨大的變革,信息技術(shù)給人類生活方式帶來了全新挑戰(zhàn)。青年教師作為職業(yè)教育教學質(zhì)量提升的中堅力量,應(yīng)把信息技術(shù)創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用作為發(fā)展職業(yè)教育的核心戰(zhàn)略,轉(zhuǎn)變教學觀念和人才培養(yǎng)模式,借助多媒體、服務(wù)器、移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)等現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù),在充分利用數(shù)字化教學資源的前提下完成教學任務(wù),使信息技術(shù)與學科教學的有機融合,實現(xiàn)教學過程的數(shù)字化、現(xiàn)代化。推動職業(yè)院校信息技術(shù)在基礎(chǔ)和專業(yè)課程中的應(yīng)用,首要提高學生信息化技術(shù)的實踐創(chuàng)新能力和綜合知識素養(yǎng),通過教師的教學反思和學生評教,才能真正促進青年教師信息化教學能力的提升。
