[摘要]目的 探討鹽酸文拉法辛緩釋片聯(lián)合心理治療方法在抑郁癥患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選取我院2017年1月～2018年2月收治的住院及門診治療的75例患者作為研究對(duì)象。按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為三組，每組25例。第1組給予單純鹽酸文拉法辛緩釋片治療，第2組給予心理干預(yù)，第3組給予鹽酸文拉法辛緩釋片聯(lián)合心理干預(yù)治療。比較三組患者治療前后睡眠質(zhì)量及心理狀況的變化狀況。結(jié)果 治療后第3組患者的焦慮自評(píng)量表、抑郁自評(píng)量表評(píng)分低于第1、2組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。治療后第3組患者的匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)評(píng)分低于第1組和第2組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 選取鹽酸文拉法辛緩釋片聯(lián)合心理治療可有效減輕抑郁患者的癥狀，有效改善患者的生活狀態(tài)，加速患者恢復(fù)。

Effect of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychotherapy in patients with depression. Methods A total of 75 inpatients and outpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected as research objects. According to the random number table method， they were divided into three groups， 25 cases in each group. Group 1 was given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets， group 2 was given psychological intervention， and group 3 was given Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets combined with psychological intervention. The changes of sleep quality and mental state of the three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The anxiety self-assessment chat and depression self-assessment scale scores of patients in group 3 after treatment were lower than those of group 1 and group 2， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were lower than those in group 1 and group 2， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Venlafaxine Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets and psychological treatment can effectively reduce the patients′ depression symptoms， effectively improve the patients′ living condition， and accelerate the patients′ recovery.

隨著生活節(jié)奏不斷加快，人們?cè)谏钆c工作等方面的壓力越來(lái)越大，而這些壓力的增大與抑郁癥的發(fā)生存在較大的關(guān)系。近年來(lái)，我國(guó)抑郁癥的發(fā)病率呈日益上升的趨勢(shì)。抑郁癥患者表現(xiàn)為情緒低落、悲觀厭世、企圖自殺、抑郁自卑等癥狀，抑郁癥不僅嚴(yán)重危害患者的自身生命安全，還會(huì)誘發(fā)失眠等情況[1-3]。在大多數(shù)綜合性醫(yī)院中，抑郁癥患者占10%～20%[4-5]，因此應(yīng)該高度重視抑郁癥患者的治療。藥物治療是目前治療抑郁癥的主要方法，一旦停藥后則容易復(fù)發(fā)并伴發(fā)不同程度的不良反應(yīng)，因此臨床迫切需要尋找一種更有效、更安全的抑郁癥療法。本研究探討鹽酸文拉法辛緩釋片聯(lián)合心理治療對(duì)抑郁癥患者的具體療效。
