摘? 要：隨著社會(huì)老齡化程度加深，老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)如何發(fā)展，已成為一個(gè)廣為關(guān)注的課題。浙江老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)存在消費(fèi)理念偏差、政府服務(wù)欠缺、市場(chǎng)體系不健全、輔教師資短缺、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品單調(diào)等問(wèn)題。老年體育健康服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)必須堅(jiān)持政府主導(dǎo)，企業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、院校共同參與，充分發(fā)揮各中資源和優(yōu)勢(shì)，積極廣泛推進(jìn)政企、校企深度合作，全面實(shí)施產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，科學(xué)構(gòu)建老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)模式，從轉(zhuǎn)變健康理念入手，重點(diǎn)開(kāi)發(fā)老年體育健康服務(wù)產(chǎn)品，以滿足老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展需要。

Abstract： With the deepening of social aging， how to develop the elderly sports and health industry has become a widely concerned topic. There are some problems in Zhejiang elderly sports health industry， such as the deviation of consumption concept， lack of government services， imperfect market system， shortage of auxiliary teachers， monotonous service products， etc. The development of the elderly sports health service industry must adhere to the guidance of the government， with the participation of enterprises， scientific research institutions， colleges and universities， make full use of various resources and advantages， actively and extensively promote the in-depth cooperation between the government and enterprises， fully implement the industrial development strategy， scientifically construct the development mode of the elderly sports health industry， and focus on the development of the elderly sports health service products starting from the transformation of the health concept In order to meet the development needs of the elderly sports and health industry.

1? 浙江省老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀

1.1 消費(fèi)理念偏差

從調(diào)查的結(jié)果分析，浙江省老年人從體育鍛煉獲取健康的占調(diào)查人數(shù)的41.02%，通過(guò)旅游獲取健康的占調(diào)查人數(shù)的20.68%，值得注意的是有25.15%的老年人是通過(guò)吃保健品來(lái)獲取健康。有23.68%的被調(diào)查老年人是通過(guò)保健品廠家的所謂健康講座來(lái)獲得健康知識(shí)。這說(shuō)明老年人體育健康理念存在偏差，一些保健品廠家為了自己的利益，把一些不健康的理念和方式推銷給老年消費(fèi)者。同時(shí)，也說(shuō)明老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的開(kāi)發(fā)大有潛力。

1.2 政府服務(wù)欠缺

調(diào)查表明，大多數(shù)老年人體育鍛煉通常是一些免費(fèi)項(xiàng)目，如走路（占被調(diào)查者的23.09%）、跳廣場(chǎng)舞（占被調(diào)查者的37.61%），而且他們多數(shù)選擇那些免費(fèi)的場(chǎng)地場(chǎng)所去鍛煉，如公園、街道邊空地。只有7.31%的被調(diào)查者不經(jīng)常地去收費(fèi)場(chǎng)所鍛煉，也就是說(shuō)有60%以上的被調(diào)查老年人選擇的是不花錢或少花錢的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目和運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)所。這說(shuō)明政府對(duì)老年體育健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的指導(dǎo)和服務(wù)嚴(yán)重缺失，在這個(gè)事關(guān)全面小康完全實(shí)現(xiàn)的領(lǐng)域，時(shí)至今日，政府部門、街道社區(qū)、村委會(huì)基層組織，以及老年協(xié)會(huì)等群團(tuán)組織，還沒(méi)有在該領(lǐng)域有所擔(dān)當(dāng)和作為。

1.3 市場(chǎng)體系不健全

調(diào)查情況表明，浙江省老年體育健康市場(chǎng)體系尚未建立健全，當(dāng)前的老年體育健康市場(chǎng)尚處于無(wú)序狀態(tài)。政府沒(méi)有明確的政策引導(dǎo)，相關(guān)組織和企業(yè)沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)規(guī)劃，消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)混亂，產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)缺乏統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和堅(jiān)實(shí)的質(zhì)量保證，服務(wù)項(xiàng)目良莠不齊，老年體育健康消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)還是一塊未被開(kāi)墾的處女地。

1.4 輔教師資短缺

調(diào)查表明，有70%以上的被調(diào)查老年人選擇的健身項(xiàng)目都是不需要場(chǎng)地條件、教練輔導(dǎo)的自由項(xiàng)目。這從另一個(gè)角度反映出我省從事老年體育健康教育的師資嚴(yán)重欠缺。從被訪問(wèn)的個(gè)別社區(qū)的情況來(lái)看，浙江省目前從事老年體育健康輔導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練的教師，主要是一些退休體育教師，以及民間體育愛(ài)好者。建設(shè)一支數(shù)量充足質(zhì)量可靠的老年體育教育輔教隊(duì)伍刻不容緩。
