[摘要]目的 探討情志護(hù)理對(duì)長(zhǎng)期血液透析老年糖尿病腎?。―N）患者負(fù)面情緒、自我行為管理的影響。方法 選取2016年6月～2018年6月我院長(zhǎng)期血液透析的70例老年DN患者，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組各35例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組實(shí)施情志護(hù)理，比較兩組護(hù)理前及護(hù)理3個(gè)月后抑郁、焦慮情緒、自我行為管理評(píng)分及生活質(zhì)量[糖尿病生活質(zhì)量特異性量表（DSQL）]。結(jié)果 護(hù)理3個(gè)月后，兩組焦慮自評(píng)量表（SAS）、抑郁自評(píng)量表（SDS）評(píng)分低于護(hù)理前，且觀察組SAS、SDS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組自我行為管理評(píng)分高于護(hù)理前（P<0.05），且觀察組高于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;兩組生活質(zhì)量中生理維度、心理維度、社會(huì)關(guān)系維度、治療維度及總評(píng)分低于護(hù)理前，且觀察組低于對(duì)照組，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 情志護(hù)理能有效改善長(zhǎng)期血液透析老年DN患者的負(fù)面情緒及自我行為管理，提高患者生活質(zhì)量。

Influence of emotional nursing on negative emotions and self-behavior management of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy treated by long-term hemodialysis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of emotional nursing on negative emotions and self-behavior management of elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN） treated by long-term hemodialysis. Methods Seventy elderly DN patients with long-term hemodialysis in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method， 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given emotional nursing. The depression， anxiety， self-behavior management score and quality of life diabetes specific quality of life （DSQL） were compared between the two groups before nursing and after 3 months of nursing. Results After 3 months of nursing， the scores of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） in the two groups were lower than those before nursing （P<0.05）， and the SAS， SDS score in observation group were lower than those in control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The scores of self-behavioral management in the two groups were higher than those before nursing， and the score in observation group was higher than that in control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The scores of physiological dimension， psychological dimension， social relationship dimension and treatment dimension and total score of quality of life scale in the two groups were lower than those before nursing， and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Emotional nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions and self-behavior management and promote the quality of life of elderly DN patients with long-term hemodialysis.

綜上所述，情志護(hù)理對(duì)改善長(zhǎng)期血液透析的老年DN患者負(fù)面情緒、自我行為管理能力有較大作用，能提高患者生活質(zhì)量。
