摘 要 高校共青團作為青年學(xué)生思想政治教育和第二課堂的重要陣地，要認真學(xué)習(xí)和貫徹習(xí)近平總書記有關(guān)青年發(fā)展的系列講話，全面提升服務(wù)青年大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的工作，發(fā)揮組織優(yōu)勢和思想政治教育優(yōu)勢，促進青年大學(xué)生的就業(yè)質(zhì)量。本文將從當(dāng)前高校共青團服務(wù)大學(xué)生就業(yè)工作中存在的問題出發(fā)，分析共青團服務(wù)青年大學(xué)生就業(yè)的優(yōu)勢，最后提出高校共青團促進青年大學(xué)生就業(yè)的具體途徑，旨在創(chuàng)新高校共青團的工作方式和提升高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)能力。

Research on the Role of the Communist Youth League

in College Students' Employment Guidance

Abstract As an important position of Ideological and political education and the second classroom for young students， the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities should conscientiously study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches on youth development， comprehensively improve the work of serving young college students' entrepreneurship， give full play to the advantages of organization and ideological and political education， and promote the employment quality of young college students. This paper will start from the problems existing in the current work of the Communist Youth League serving the employment of college students， analyze the advantages of the Communist Youth League serving the employment of young college students， and finally put forward specific ways to promote the employment of young college students by the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities， aiming at innovating the working methods of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and improving the employment ability of college students.

在就業(yè)形勢日益嚴(yán)峻的背景下，高等院校青年學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題成為社會熱點問題之一，青年大學(xué)生是祖國的未來和民族的希望，其就業(yè)問題關(guān)系到國計民生的大事，也是響應(yīng)黨和國家政策號召的政要途徑。高等高院校共青團作為大學(xué)生思想政治教育重要第二課堂，對大學(xué)生的成長成才具有重要的作用。高校大學(xué)生作為青年群體的重要組成部分，共青團承擔(dān)著青年學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展的重要職責(zé)，因此，高等院校共青團要充分發(fā)揮組織優(yōu)勢，在思想導(dǎo)向上引領(lǐng)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)意識，在實踐活動中培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的正確擇業(yè)觀，全心全意為高校大學(xué)生的就業(yè)工作進行指導(dǎo)和服務(wù)。

1 高校共青團服務(wù)大學(xué)生就業(yè)工作中存在的問題

當(dāng)前高等院校共青團有效地推進了大學(xué)生的就業(yè)工作，取得了一定的成績，解決了大學(xué)生就業(yè)困難的問題，但工作服務(wù)中仍舊存在一定的問題。

（1）工作思想缺乏理論指導(dǎo)。我國高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)起步較晚，尚處于探索積累階段，多數(shù)高校由就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心擔(dān)任指導(dǎo)工作，高校共青團組織在一定程度上產(chǎn)生定位偏差，認為共青團在就業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù)中本應(yīng)處于輔助地位，或個別高校共青團能意識到就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的重要性，但對青年學(xué)生指導(dǎo)的過程中依然停留在理論知識的引導(dǎo)上，就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)相關(guān)的專業(yè)知識匱乏，組織的創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)活動多數(shù)流于形式，沒有實質(zhì)意義，思想意識相對薄弱，工作能力有持提高。高校共青團工作人員對高校青年學(xué)生的就業(yè)服務(wù)工作還僅僅停留在畢業(yè)季的就業(yè)信息搜集和登記之中，工作指導(dǎo)思想嚴(yán)重滯后于當(dāng)前高校共青團工作改革的需要，不利于共青團組織優(yōu)勢的發(fā)揮和工作方式的創(chuàng)新。

（2）工作內(nèi)容脫離學(xué)生需求。當(dāng)前大部分高校共青團的日常工作是組織活動，在就業(yè)指導(dǎo)方面的活動也僅局限于校園內(nèi)開展就業(yè)指導(dǎo)講座，解析國家對高校青年學(xué)生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)的扶持政策，在解決青年學(xué)生就業(yè)問題上無法起到實質(zhì)性的作用，個別就業(yè)指導(dǎo)講座內(nèi)容千篇一律，久不更新，枯燥乏味，不能引起青年學(xué)生的共鳴，為了任務(wù)而服務(wù)，無法根據(jù)學(xué)生需求解決實際問題。對于高校青年學(xué)生而言，就業(yè)指導(dǎo)更應(yīng)該注重社會實踐活動，親身體驗創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)過程中的喜悅與辛酸，才能切實就業(yè)指導(dǎo)的中心思想。
