Dear Jane,
Im glad to hear from you. You asked me about some Chinese social custom, and now I will tell you something about it.
Firstly, we greet each other by say“Hello”or asking such questions as“Are you busy?”to express our care. Secondly, when praising, we reply with“I am over-praised”to show you good manners. Final, when receiving a gift, we say“It is unnecessary”besides“Thanks”to show polite. As the saying goes, when in Rome, do as the Romans do. Im sure you will enjoy you in China if you took notice of some basic customs.
I hope that is mentioned above might be helpful and wish you good journey.

4. to show之后去掉you 因此處to show的賓語應該是后面的good manners, 所以直接to show good manners就可以了,沒必要在此處加入you,上下文邏輯關系不對。
5. Final--Finally 從全文可以看出,前有firstly, secondly, 此處應該用finally作狀語。
6. polite--politeness因此處to show的賓語需要一個名詞,故改成politeness。
7. you--yourself 因enjoy yourself 是祝福對方玩得開心,故將your改成yourself。
8. took--take因此處為if 條件句,主句用將來時,從句用一般現(xiàn)在時,故改took為take。
9. that--what引導賓語從句并在從句中作主語,用連接代詞what。
10. 在good journey后加a 因此處journey是可數(shù)名詞,結合上下文,這里是作者對收信人的祝福,故應該是wish you a good journey。

I have learned that you are so interested in Chinese chess. Now let me introduce it to you.
Chinese chess has been played for centuries throughout China. Therere 32 chess pieces in each set and they play different roles in the game. Unlike most other forms of chess, the Chinese game is played on the points of lines, rather than on the squares of the board. Many Chinese people like playing it and even some children are sent to learn it at training centers. In China, chess is not only a kind of game, but also a way of showing wisdom.
I hope what is mentioned above might be helpful for you. Best wishes!
