[摘要] 目的 探討綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)在女性尖銳濕疣患者臨床治療中的療效。 方法 便利選取2015年1月—2016年6月在該院接受ALA-PDT 聯(lián)合電離子治療的160例女性尖銳濕疣患者為研究對(duì)象，隨機(jī)平均分成兩組，觀察組與對(duì)照組，每組各80例。對(duì)照組患者僅給予常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組患者實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)護(hù)理，比較兩組患者臨床療效及焦慮抑郁評(píng)分等。 結(jié)果 ①觀察組患者實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)后，痊愈78例，痊愈率為97.50%，復(fù)發(fā)1例，復(fù)發(fā)率為1.25%；較對(duì)照組患者痊愈率78.75%和復(fù)發(fā)率22.50%均有明顯改善，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。②觀察組患者焦慮自評(píng)量表（SAS）評(píng)分為（30.62±4.85）分，抑郁自評(píng)量表（SDS）評(píng)分為（34.57±6.14）分；對(duì)照組患者SAS評(píng)分為（35.24±6.15）分，SDS評(píng)分為（38.87±7.92）分，兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 行ALA-PDT 聯(lián)合電離子治療女性尖銳濕疣患者實(shí)施綜合護(hù)理干預(yù)能夠有效提高治療的臨床效果，降低尖銳濕疣的復(fù)發(fā)，明顯改善患者治療期間的焦慮抑郁心理，提高患者的遵醫(yī)行為，臨床療效顯著，是尖銳濕疣臨床治療中有效的護(hù)理方法，值得在臨床推廣。

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of the general nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of female patients with pointed wart. Methods 160 cases of female patients with pointed wart receiving the ALA-PDT and ionized atom in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups with 80 cases in each， the control group only adopted the routine nursing， while the observation group adopted the general nursing intervention， and the clinical curative effect and depression and anxiety scores of the two groups were compared. Results After the general nursing intervention， 78 cases were cured， and the healing rate was 97.50%， 1 case was recurrent， and the recurrence rate was 1.25% in the observation group， which were obviously improved compared those in the control group， and the differences had statistical significance by comparison（P<0.05）. The differences in the SAS score and SDS score between the observation group and the control group had statistical significance by comparison， [（30.62±4.85）points vs （35.24±6.15）points]， [（34.57±6.14）points vs （38.87±7.92）points]， and the differences had statistical significance by comparison（P<0.05）. Conclusion The general nursing intervention after ALA-PDT and ionized atom in treatment of female patients with pointed wart can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect， reduce the recurrence of the pointed wart， obviously improve the depression and anxiety of patients during the treatment and improve the medical compliance behavior of patients， and the clinical curative effect is obvious， and it is an effective nursing method in the clinical treatment of pointed wart， which is worth clinical promotion.
