【摘 要】英語(yǔ)課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指出,英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作能力是小學(xué)階段英語(yǔ)綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力的一個(gè)重要組成部分。教師有效指導(dǎo)小學(xué)生寫(xiě)作面臨課時(shí)緊、難度大的雙重問(wèn)題,此時(shí)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。

讓英語(yǔ)老師異常苦惱的問(wèn)題是什么?課時(shí)緊,課上沒(méi)有充足時(shí)間讓學(xué)生完成書(shū)面作業(yè);課下瑣事纏身,來(lái)不及批改學(xué)生作業(yè)。學(xué)生非常頭疼的事情則是,各科學(xué)業(yè)負(fù)擔(dān)重,在學(xué)校來(lái)不及完成作業(yè);課上聽(tīng)不懂,回家完成不了作業(yè)。
基于前一年寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)課的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn),筆者發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)生寫(xiě)作確實(shí)需要指導(dǎo),指導(dǎo)加寫(xiě)作一般需要兩節(jié)課時(shí)間;指導(dǎo)后批改和學(xué)生修改也需要兩節(jié)多課;學(xué)生在校作文時(shí)沒(méi)有充足的優(yōu)秀習(xí)作欣賞時(shí)間和查閱書(shū)籍的時(shí)間,寫(xiě)出的文章質(zhì)量不高等。借鑒翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的“四步法”,課前給學(xué)生布置任務(wù)并提供資源指導(dǎo)其完成,課上學(xué)生反饋、練習(xí)、提升,這就是筆者所說(shuō)的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念。此舉能有效縮短課時(shí),提升教學(xué)效率,最終促進(jìn)學(xué)生全面發(fā)展。以下是筆者本次寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)課的嘗試。
一、 課前指導(dǎo),化難為易
本次學(xué)習(xí)的話(huà)題是“健康飲食”。這次,筆者一改以往的做法,選擇讓學(xué)生回家完成習(xí)作,并且在QQ群里通過(guò)語(yǔ)音和文字,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)。這個(gè)語(yǔ)音就像一節(jié)小小的微課,學(xué)生聽(tīng)了就會(huì)有寫(xiě)作的思路,避免一些偏題或者無(wú)話(huà)可說(shuō)的現(xiàn)象。學(xué)生只需根據(jù)個(gè)人能力,在家完成一份自己的作文草稿,既省時(shí)又省力。
二、 結(jié)合實(shí)踐,提升能力
第二天課前,我把同學(xué)們的作文草稿收上來(lái),進(jìn)行快速翻閱,以了解整體完成情況,收集主要問(wèn)題,但是不需逐一親自修改。到了英語(yǔ)課上,我分四步開(kāi)展教學(xué)。第一步,反饋思考。我讓學(xué)生回憶寫(xiě)作的幾個(gè)注意點(diǎn),熟悉星級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)法。怎樣的文章是一星(normal),怎樣的是二星(good),怎樣的是三星(excellent)。第二步,進(jìn)階作業(yè)。我把準(zhǔn)備好的相應(yīng)等級(jí)的三篇文章(同學(xué)們昨天寫(xiě)的),讓同學(xué)們運(yùn)用星級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行評(píng)析。大部分同學(xué)都能判斷文章的優(yōu)劣,并說(shuō)出好處和缺陷。有位名人這樣說(shuō):“點(diǎn)評(píng)和感悟猶如給了自己創(chuàng)作的靈感?!贝藭r(shí),學(xué)生已然開(kāi)始重新整理自己的思路,并且對(duì)優(yōu)秀文章有了清晰的概念,為開(kāi)展提升練習(xí)做好了充分的鋪墊。第三步,協(xié)作探究。我讓學(xué)生修改完善自己的作文,并在小組(6人一組)內(nèi)依次修改和分享,推選出最優(yōu)作文,再集體對(duì)最優(yōu)作文進(jìn)行修改。第四步,展示質(zhì)疑。學(xué)生朗讀優(yōu)秀作品,大家一起運(yùn)用評(píng)價(jià)法和平時(shí)積累進(jìn)行點(diǎn)評(píng),教師只是從旁引導(dǎo)。所謂“該出場(chǎng)時(shí)才出場(chǎng)”,老師此時(shí)要退后一步,把舞臺(tái)還給學(xué)生,學(xué)生經(jīng)過(guò)再賞析和自由評(píng)點(diǎn),各方面能力得到了充分提升。就連平時(shí)不善于寫(xiě)作的同學(xué),也聽(tīng)得津津有味,點(diǎn)評(píng)得頭頭是道,學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的自信心得到了前所未有的增強(qiáng)。相信通過(guò)這樣的創(chuàng)新型課堂,學(xué)生會(huì)更喜歡英語(yǔ),熱愛(ài)寫(xiě)作,享受學(xué)習(xí)生活。
三、 成果分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
(一) “一星”到“二星”
班級(jí)中幾位英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)非常差的同學(xué),平時(shí)看到英語(yǔ)就頭疼,寫(xiě)作更是讓他們無(wú)從下手。其中一位同學(xué),他通過(guò)在家學(xué)習(xí)微課,列出了作文草稿。盡管草稿中錯(cuò)誤百出,但是大概思路對(duì)了。經(jīng)過(guò)課堂修改和互評(píng),他的作文上升了一個(gè)等級(jí),思路也更清晰了。

I like eating noodles and dumplings. We usually have them at last time a week. I usually have breakfast at home. We like having steamed bread, eggs and drink milk in the morning. I have my lunch at school. I eat some meat, vegetables and some rice. My dinner eat some rice, meat and some vegetables.

(二) “二星”到“三星”
還有一部分同學(xué)屬于對(duì)自己要求比較低,或者思路打不開(kāi)。這時(shí)候,在課上欣賞他人的習(xí)作,接受他人的點(diǎn)評(píng),對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)顯得尤為重要。一節(jié)課下來(lái),很多同學(xué)的作文能上升到第二個(gè)檔次:語(yǔ)句通順,結(jié)構(gòu)清晰,句式多變,錯(cuò)誤少。

I have a lot of noodles for breakfast. I sometimes have some steamed buns. For lunch and dinner, I eat some meat and vegetables. I usually have some soup. I eat a lot of rice.
I like drinking milk. I drink a glass of milk every day.

(三) “三星”優(yōu)秀習(xí)作
當(dāng)然,有一部分同學(xué)接受了老師布置的任務(wù)后,能夠根據(jù)微課整理思路,查找想表達(dá)的詞句,寫(xiě)出相當(dāng)好的文章。孫嬋同學(xué)的文章就在課上受到了其他同學(xué)的一致推薦,她運(yùn)用的一些句型也給了其他同學(xué)很好的啟發(fā)。相信充滿(mǎn)鼓舞和激勵(lì)的課堂,不僅對(duì)她,對(duì)整個(gè)班級(jí)都是極其有益的。

A healthy diet is very important. Today,I will share with you my diet.
I like bread and milk very much. I have them for breakfast. They give me energy and they are very healthy. This meal helps me start the day. I love hamburgers, but I do not eat them anymore. I eat rice with fish and vegetables. I often eat an apple with lunch. Apples are my favorite. They are good for me. This meal gives me energy for the afternoon. For dinner, I often have soup, meat and vegetables. I like vegetables best, because I need a lot of vitamins to stay healthy.

記得有位哲學(xué)家說(shuō)過(guò),教育是根據(jù)社會(huì)發(fā)展和學(xué)生需求不斷變化和調(diào)整的。作為一名教師,應(yīng)該抓住主要矛盾,及時(shí)調(diào)整自己的教學(xué),爭(zhēng)取教學(xué)效益最大化。磨刀不誤砍柴工,只有適時(shí)的引導(dǎo),合理的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì),才能使教學(xué)效果更上一層樓。把翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂理念運(yùn)用于寫(xiě)作指導(dǎo)正是如此,我們應(yīng)把課堂和時(shí)間還給學(xué)生,解放學(xué)生的天性,激發(fā)學(xué)生潛能。
