Grade9 Unit3 Teenagers should be allowed to choose their own clothes.

Teaching Steps：

I. Lead in

T：Do you love our class？

Ss：Yes.

T：Did you do anything bad for our class？Do you have any bad manners？

Ss：Yes.

T：Can you say something about it？（Students discuss in groups）.

S：Some students often make noises.

S：Someone sleeps in class.

S：Someone is often late for school.

S：Someone often throws litter on the ground of our classroom.

S：Someone often draws on the wall and make it very dirty.

Students may be discussed in Chinese， you can help them to say in English.

II. Discuss in groups .

T：What should you do to make our class better？

You can make them into 9 groups， and there are 6 students in each group. Everyone have their own opinion， one of them take notes for what they say.

The following are the discussion of each group.

Part 1

S：I think students should keep quiet in class.

S：I agree with you. We should listen to the teacher carefully. Students shouldn't be allowed to make noise in the classroom.

Group Leader：Have you ever been sleeping in class？

S：Yes. yes，sometimes…

Group Leader：What should you do from now on？

S：No sleep.（Ss：Are you sure you will not sleep in class？We don't think you should be allowed to sleep in class from now on.

Group Leader：Do you know who often throws the rubbish in the classroom from the window？

Ss：He--（You shouldn't be allowed to throw the rubbish any where. You will be a good student if you don't do that again！

S；Sorry，anyone is not allowed to litter any where and I want to be a good student！

III. Make rules for your class.

The following are what the students say：

Students shouldn't be allowed to sleep in class.

Students shouldn't be allowed to make noises.

Students shouldn't be allowed to throw the rubbish in the classroom.

案例自我評析：

本節(jié)課，我主要運(yùn)用了小組內(nèi)合作學(xué)習(xí)法，通過討論培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生探究問題和自主解決問題的能力，同時培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的團(tuán)隊精神。在課的設(shè)計上，我根據(jù)本節(jié)課的語言目標(biāo)（情態(tài)動詞+be+v.pp），從學(xué)生熟悉的事物入手，創(chuàng)建一個與學(xué)生生活密切相關(guān)的問題情景（制定班規(guī)），適當(dāng)運(yùn)用Body language來啟發(fā)學(xué)生帶著問題思考，從而尋找解決問題的辦法。在教學(xué)方法上，通過“任務(wù)型”的學(xué)習(xí)活動，給學(xué)生提供產(chǎn)生“成就感”的機(jī)會，特別是對于一部分發(fā)展，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生運(yùn)用觀察、發(fā)現(xiàn)、歸納和實(shí)踐等方法，學(xué)習(xí)語言知識，感悟語言功能，從而達(dá)到交際的目的。新的課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以學(xué)生“能做某事”的描述方式設(shè)定各級目標(biāo)要求。本節(jié)課我依據(jù)課程的總體目標(biāo)并結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容，設(shè)計了貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際的教學(xué)活動，吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語，完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。課后學(xué)生反映較好，基本達(dá)到了本節(jié)課的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

在設(shè)計任務(wù)型教學(xué)活動時，我主要注意到了以下幾點(diǎn)：

（1）活動的目的性和可操作性；

（2）活動中以學(xué)生的真實(shí)生活和興趣為焦點(diǎn)話題，內(nèi)容形象生動，學(xué)生易理解掌握；

（3）通過活動讓學(xué)生習(xí)得英語語言知識、更重要的是發(fā)展學(xué)生的語言技能；

（4）分組活動時盡量創(chuàng)造機(jī)會，促使學(xué)生主動獲取、處理和使用信息，嘗試用英語與他人交流，提高用英語解決實(shí)際問題的能力。
