Love and education are like twin brothers， where there is education， there is love. Education without love is as men without heart and soul. Love is the forever theme for education.

Most educators think so. The educator， Mr. Xia Mian Zun， in the translation of “Love of education，” write down this paragraph of words. Education of water is what？ Love is love， Education without love， it becomes a water pool， you can not be a square shaped， round worth mentioning， always can not escape a void. Today it is still set people thinking.

As an ordinary teacher， I had taught English in a Junior Middle school. Before I came here， I didnt know how to be a good headteacher， though I was and am a good English teacher. All the student who come to our senior Middle school are poor in their subjects. They dont like study. They dont have a good habit， and they dont have a sound mind. I came to the school as an English teacher by accident. I was asked to be a headteacher of Grade 2013. At first， I was like a fly without head， very busy but out of order. The students in my class were like stubborn bulls， not docile lambs.

Most of them got me in trouble Id ausail from time to time. I tried my best to persuade this boy to be good， and to conquer that boy to be docile. Occasionally I read an ancient Greek mythology. In the ancient Greek mythology， the king of Cyprus， Pygmalion carved a statue of a young girl， put all the energy， into all the love. In the end， There is love， there is vigorous， the bouncing souls， “Pygmalion Effect” is a vivid interpretation of the true meaning of education. Although the teacher is not a sculptor， but to shape the worlds most valuable art， engaged in “ benevolence and love ” the cause of. Only those who love their children can educate their children； only the three feet of the platform will become a platform for the dream to take off.

I was deeply motivated by the ancient Greek mythology. I changed my method to treat the “ bad ” students. A boy called zhu Heng， was from a single family. He put his heart into study， read aloud and wrote carefully. I saw it with my eyes， and minded it in my heart. I cared about him in all aspects， including study and life，like a mother. After a semester， Zhuheng made great progress，which appreciated me very much.

It is said that love is the sun of reason， and the world is shining. The most beautiful teacher Zhang li li to save the students risked losing both legs， this is the love of self sacrifice， a large number of rural teachers holding a meager income stick to the classroom，it is love of self denial and educating people； many teachers whole—heartedly in teaching，saying good bye to the next session of the students，temples stained without remorse.This is professional adult love.
