摘要:目的:探討普外科日常護(hù)理中應(yīng)用人性化護(hù)理模式的效果并進(jìn)行評價。方法:隨機(jī)選取我院58例普外科手術(shù)患者,分為常規(guī)組和研究組,每組29例。常規(guī)組采用常規(guī)術(shù)后護(hù)理,研究組在常規(guī)的術(shù)后護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上,采用人性化護(hù)理,觀察兩組的護(hù)理效果,進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果:研究組在護(hù)理滿意度、護(hù)理質(zhì)量評分、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥以及住院時間同常規(guī)組進(jìn)行對比,存在明顯的優(yōu)勢,兩組護(hù)理結(jié)果對比差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論:在普外科手術(shù)護(hù)理中,相較于傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理方法,采用人性化護(hù)理模式在臨床應(yīng)用中效果更加明顯,能夠顯著的增強病患的術(shù)后護(hù)理質(zhì)量,降低術(shù)后并發(fā)癥以及住院時間,提升護(hù)理滿意度,改善醫(yī)護(hù)關(guān)系,值得臨床護(hù)理推廣應(yīng)用。

Abstract: Objective: to explore the effect of application of humane nursing model in general surgery nurse daily and evaluation. Methods: randomly selected from 58 patients with general surgical patients, divided into conventional group and team, 29 cases in each group. Routine group with routine postoperative care, the team on the basis of conventional postoperative care, adopt humanized nursing, observe the nursing effect of the two groups, were analyzed. Results: the team in satisfaction with nursing care, nursing quality score, postoperative complications and length of hospital stay compared with normal group, there is an obvious advantage, nursing statistically significant differences in the results of the two groups (P < 0.05). 普外科患者術(shù)后的護(hù)理工作較為重要,有助于提升患者術(shù)后恢復(fù)效果,穩(wěn)定患者情緒,減少住院時間[1]。人性化護(hù)理是隨著醫(yī)療水平發(fā)展而逐漸衍生出的一種護(hù)理模式,是在傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理基礎(chǔ)上,融入現(xiàn)代化護(hù)理理念產(chǎn)生的一種新型護(hù)理模式,強調(diào)以人為本,為患者提供身體和心理的雙重護(hù)理,促進(jìn)患者的病情恢復(fù)和精神狀態(tài)好轉(zhuǎn),能夠積極配合治療,提升肌體免疫力,進(jìn)而提升護(hù)理滿意度。由此,為了進(jìn)一步探究人性化護(hù)理模式的臨床應(yīng)用效果,對我院的58例術(shù)后患者作為研究對象,對人性化護(hù)理在普外科日常護(hù)理的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行分析。
1 資料與方法

普外科主要通過手術(shù)對患者進(jìn)行治療,是主要的外科室,在患者手術(shù)后,實行護(hù)理干預(yù)是十分必要的,一方面能夠改善患者的生活質(zhì)量,另一方面有助于提升手術(shù)療效,促進(jìn)患者病情恢復(fù),降低并發(fā)癥發(fā)生幾率,縮短住院時間[2]。然而,隨著社會的進(jìn)步和醫(yī)療水平的日新月異,對于術(shù)后的護(hù)理干預(yù)提出了更高的需求,人性化護(hù)理是目前最為符合現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展趨勢的護(hù)理干預(yù)模式,在護(hù)理過程中,本著“以人為本”的理念,為患者提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù),包括心理和身體的雙重護(hù)理,以更加人性化的護(hù)理水平,提升護(hù)理滿意度,緩解護(hù)患關(guān)系,促進(jìn)醫(yī)療事業(yè)的健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。
為了進(jìn)一步明確人性化護(hù)理干預(yù)在普外科護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果,我院開展此次研究,將選取的術(shù)后患者分為常規(guī)組和研究組進(jìn)行對比分析,其中研究組的護(hù)理滿意度為(94.25±4.23),并發(fā)癥幾率為4(13.8%),住院時間為6.56±1.38;而常規(guī)組的護(hù)理滿意度為(72.56±4.22),并發(fā)癥幾率為11(37.9%),住院時間為(16.55±1.28),兩組對比結(jié)果差異顯著,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。
綜上所述,在普外科日常護(hù)理中應(yīng)用人性化護(hù)理模式的效果顯著,能夠在一定程度上促進(jìn)患者術(shù)后的病情恢復(fù),為患者營造良好的康復(fù)環(huán)境,并且有助于提升患者護(hù)理滿意度,緩解護(hù)患關(guān)系,降低患者術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生幾率,進(jìn)而減少住院時間,增強體質(zhì),制得臨床推廣應(yīng)用[3~5]。
