摘要針對(duì)三江平原撓力河干流域的水資源情況,采用ArcGIS提取相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并建立了變化環(huán)境下水資源綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,充分考慮到水資源的水質(zhì)、水量以及河流生態(tài)需水量的變化,對(duì)水資源進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,在滿(mǎn)足其生態(tài)需水的條件下,撓力河干流域上游、中游和下游的可提取用水量分別為3.07億、2.27億和0.74億m3。該研究為今后該流域的水資源優(yōu)化調(diào)度提供理論依據(jù)。

The Combined Evaluation of Water Resources Based on the Quality and Quantity of Water and Ecological Water Demand—A Case of Main River Basin of Naoli River

AbstractAiming at water resource situation of the main river basin of Naoli River of Sanjiang Plain, using ArcGIS for data extraction, a changing environment comprehensive evaluation model of water resources was established, taking fully into account water quality, water quantity and river ecological water demand changes, evaluation was conducted. The results indicate that under the situation that meet ecological water demand, water of upstream, midstream and downstream of main river basin can be extracted were 307 million, 227 million and 74 million m3, so as to provide theoretical basis for optimal regulation on water resources.

撓力河流域地處三江平原腹地,是該區(qū)內(nèi)最大的內(nèi)河,現(xiàn)該地區(qū)用水結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,采用地下水進(jìn)行農(nóng)田灌溉,造成地下水超采。如若重新調(diào)整水資源配置,調(diào)用符合農(nóng)業(yè)灌溉水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的地表水進(jìn)行農(nóng)田灌溉,不但可節(jié)省地下水資源,而這些水資源可以用來(lái)保證居民的日常生活用水需求。
4結(jié)論
依據(jù)三江平原撓力河干流域行政分區(qū)情況,將該流域區(qū)劃為3個(gè)河段。從水質(zhì)、水量及生態(tài)需水量3個(gè)方面,對(duì)三江平原撓力河干流流域進(jìn)行水資源的綜合評(píng)價(jià)。首先,應(yīng)用多區(qū)段水資源綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)其進(jìn)行水量、水質(zhì)評(píng)價(jià),然后應(yīng)用年內(nèi)展布法對(duì)流域基本生態(tài)需水量進(jìn)行計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,可用水資源量不僅需考慮水資源的量,還要考慮水質(zhì)污染狀況、河道生態(tài)需水量等多種因素。
