摘要[目的]以南疆棗園生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象,研究不同地表覆蓋模式對(duì)果園土壤溫度和紅棗生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響,尋找最優(yōu)地表覆蓋模式,為紅棗高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)生產(chǎn)提供參考。[方法]在翻耕覆膜、翻耕秸稈覆蓋、翻耕裸地和免耕裸地條件下,對(duì)5年駿棗棗園的土壤溫度、棗果生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、棗果生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、棗外觀品質(zhì)進(jìn)行測(cè)量。[結(jié)果]0~25 cm土層土壤平均溫度翻耕覆膜>翻耕裸地>免耕裸地>翻耕秸稈覆蓋。在生育期內(nèi),秸稈覆蓋處理的綜合生長(zhǎng)量(二次枝長(zhǎng)、二次枝粗)高于其他3個(gè)處理,促進(jìn)棗樹(shù)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育。不同覆蓋處理措施中,秸稈覆蓋下的棗品質(zhì)最好,覆膜次之。[結(jié)論]綜合考慮不同覆蓋措施的效應(yīng),秸稈覆蓋比較適宜新疆地區(qū)紅棗生產(chǎn)中推廣應(yīng)用。

Effects of Mulching on Soil Temperature and Jujube Trees Growth and Development in Jujube Orchards

Abstract[Objective] Taking jujube orchard ecosystems in southern group as test object, the effects of different patterns surface mulching on the soil properties and jujube trees growth and yield in this orchard were studied, then to find out the optimized mulching mode and provide a reference for the high yield and good quality production of jujube. [Method] Under conditions of the plowing tillage and film mulching, the plowing tillage and straw mulching, the plowing tillage and no mulching, the notillage and no mulching, the soil temperature and the growth and development, growth dynamics and appearance quality of Junzao jujube in 5yearold jujube orchards were determined. [Result] The average soil temperature of 0-25 cm soil layer of 4 kinds of mulching modes were as follows: the plowing tillage and film mulching> the plowing tillage and no mulching> the notillage and no mulching> the plowing tillage and straw mulching. In the whole growth period, the comprehensive growth amount(the length and diameter of the second times braches) of the plowing tillage and straw mulching treatment was higher than that of the other three treatments, promoted the growth and development of jujube tree. In different mulching treatments, the jujube quality of the plowing tillage and straw mulching treatment was the best, and the film mulching was the next. [Conclusion] Considering the effects of different mulching measures, straw mulching was more appropriate for promotion and use of red jujube in Xinjiang region.

塔里木盆地是我國(guó)林果產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)生區(qū)之一,這里光熱資源豐富,氣候類型獨(dú)特,為溫帶大陸性干旱氣候,具有適宜紅棗生長(zhǎng)的氣候和地理?xiàng)l件,已被我國(guó)確定為具有發(fā)展前景的優(yōu)質(zhì)紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)之一。對(duì)比研究免耕和傳統(tǒng)翻耕條件下土壤溫度動(dòng)態(tài)變化、棗樹(shù)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育以及對(duì)其經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的影響,可為南疆地區(qū)保護(hù)性耕作的實(shí)施和田間管理提供依據(jù)。近年來(lái),退耕還林、減棉增林果在新疆南疆地區(qū)廣泛推廣,由于新疆紅棗特殊的農(nóng)業(yè)地位和地理分布環(huán)境,以及傳統(tǒng)的耕作理念,使得對(duì)紅棗秸稈覆蓋和覆膜的研究少之又少。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者認(rèn)為,在常規(guī)覆蓋模式中,覆膜和秸稈覆蓋能夠有效提高土壤溫度,與免耕裸地的傳統(tǒng)覆蓋模式相比,對(duì)作物生長(zhǎng)的調(diào)控更具有可操作性[1-3]。于愛(ài)忠等研究了秸稈覆蓋對(duì)冬小麥土壤溫度和水分的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)0~25 cm土層土壤平均溫度低于免耕和傳統(tǒng)覆蓋[4]。因此,探索新的地表覆蓋模式促進(jìn)紅棗產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)并提高區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及果園生態(tài)系統(tǒng)可持續(xù)維護(hù)已經(jīng)成為重點(diǎn)解決的問(wèn)題。國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)地面覆蓋技術(shù)多集中于單一的覆蓋方式對(duì)果園生態(tài)效應(yīng)及土壤水分、容重的分析,而缺乏對(duì)于同一生態(tài)系統(tǒng)下不同地表覆蓋措施對(duì)棗園土壤溫度、棗樹(shù)生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育、棗果生長(zhǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)及棗果外觀品質(zhì)的影響的研究。為此,筆者對(duì)棗園地面覆蓋對(duì)土壤地溫和紅棗生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的影響進(jìn)行研究。
1材料與方法
3結(jié)論與討論
3.1棗園地面覆蓋對(duì)地溫的影響有機(jī)覆蓋和無(wú)機(jī)覆蓋對(duì)地溫的影響是不同的,無(wú)機(jī)覆蓋的效應(yīng)以增溫為主,并且對(duì)土壤溫度的提高效果顯著,覆膜在早春能提高土壤溫度,但是以夏季增溫最明顯,而有機(jī)覆蓋的調(diào)溫效應(yīng)表現(xiàn)為高溫時(shí)具有“降溫作用”,低溫具有“保溫效應(yīng)”,增強(qiáng)了土壤對(duì)溫度劇烈變化的緩沖作用[7],如木屑覆蓋處理秋天和冬天地面下10 cm 處的土壤溫度高于清耕對(duì)照,并減小了土壤溫度的日變化,行內(nèi)起壟覆麥秸桿處理,可使果園地表冬季增溫4.6 ℃,夏季降溫達(dá)13.7 ℃[8]。
該研究表明,翻耕覆膜和翻耕裸地平均溫度比免耕裸地高,秸稈覆蓋比免耕裸地要低,翻耕覆膜、翻耕秸稈覆蓋和翻耕裸地的升溫幅度均低于免耕裸地,說(shuō)明翻耕覆膜有利于土壤溫度的提高和保持,翻耕秸稈覆蓋對(duì)土壤溫度的升高有一定阻礙作用,但土壤溫度比較穩(wěn)定。
3.2棗園地面覆蓋對(duì)紅棗生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及外觀品質(zhì)的影響秸稈覆蓋可以使蘋(píng)果樹(shù)葉綠素含量提高16.7%,葉綠素a/b比值提高2.8%,葉片凈光合速率提高18.8%,并且覆蓋時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),效果越明顯[9],從而有利于根從土壤中吸收足夠的養(yǎng)分,為棗樹(shù)正常生長(zhǎng)提供足夠的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。
該研究中,綜合4種模式對(duì)棗園生態(tài)系統(tǒng)環(huán)境的影響,秸稈覆蓋下的棗果品質(zhì)以及對(duì)棗樹(shù)的綜合長(zhǎng)勢(shì)均優(yōu)于其他幾種處理效果。在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中也較為方便,同時(shí)促使果園生態(tài)系統(tǒng)朝著健康可持續(xù)的方向發(fā)展,具有較好的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用前景,實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的和諧統(tǒng)一。
