索瑪花也被稱作杜鵑花、映山紅，代表著迎客之花，是彝族人民的吉祥之花。彝族常以索瑪花來形容姑娘的美麗，就連彝族傳統(tǒng)選美，姑娘們也被稱作“金索瑪、銀索瑪、銅索瑪”。

這種花兒生長在海拔3800米以上的高原，矮小、根深、生命力極強(qiáng)，即使到了冬天花兒都沒了，它紫紅的枝干在太陽的照耀下依然會像炭火一樣通紅。

成都鐵路公安局西昌公安處索瑪花女子乘警組成立于2022年12月26日，伴隨著首趟開進(jìn)大涼山動車的鳴笛聲，這支由8名青年女警組成的乘警組，開啟了守護(hù)成昆線千里鐵道線上旅客安全的旅程。2023年7月，四川首趟直達(dá)香港西九龍的列車開通，索瑪花女子乘警組成了從大涼山腹地走出來的第一支值乘成都東至香港西九龍列車的警組，成員擴(kuò)充到了14名，平均年齡僅27歲。她們致力于“楓橋經(jīng)驗(yàn)”上列車，用柔情和耐心服務(wù)萬千旅客群眾，用專業(yè)和智慧詮釋忠誠與擔(dān)當(dāng)，在化解矛盾、法治宣傳、為民服務(wù)等方面擦亮旅客群眾的幸福底色。近日，索瑪花女子乘警組榮獲2024年度公安部直屬機(jī)關(guān)巾幗文明獎。

為民服務(wù)，她們?nèi)彳泩?jiān)韌

趙小琦是警組的大師姐，她提出要依托女警特有優(yōu)勢，在工作中展現(xiàn)“她”力量，拉近與旅客群眾之間的距離。

女警的乘務(wù)包中配有一個“愛心包”，里面有燙傷膏、針線包、衛(wèi)生巾、創(chuàng)可貼、酒精、醫(yī)用濕棉簽、小糖果等物品。東西雖小，但關(guān)鍵時刻總能發(fā)揮大用處。在成昆高鐵開通的首個春運(yùn)，車廂內(nèi)異常擁擠。18時20分左右，趙小琦接車長報(bào)稱，4車11C座位處有一小女孩兩側(cè)大腿被嚴(yán)重燙傷。接報(bào)后她立即趕往現(xiàn)場，輕聲安撫小女孩并將其抱至餐車，翻出“愛心包”里的酒精和燙傷膏作相應(yīng)處理，找來冰塊冰敷止疼……她不斷地輕聲安慰、輕吹傷口。看著孩子腿上因燙傷破掉的大片皮膚和止不住的眼淚，身為母親的她也紅了眼眶?！暗脚手险镜?1分鐘為什么這樣長！”她止不住地想。到達(dá)攀枝花南站，把孩子交給其父母和醫(yī)務(wù)人員后，她才松了一口氣，絲毫沒有顧及自己早已汗?jié)竦囊律馈?/p>

索瑪花女子乘警組自成立以來，為民服務(wù)共計(jì)12058次，幫助找回遺失物品23267件，收到旅客贈送錦旗63面、感謝信1206封。

守護(hù)安全，她們凌寒而開

羅芳2022年6月調(diào)入乘警支隊(duì)后，成為索瑪花女子乘警組的一員。她工作中充分發(fā)揮女警特有的親和力優(yōu)勢，用親切的笑臉、暖心的服務(wù)為旅客創(chuàng)建綠色平安出行環(huán)境。

2023年8月1日，羅芳值乘的G2963次列車運(yùn)行至肇慶東至廣州南區(qū)間。在巡視車廂時，羅芳發(fā)現(xiàn)一名女子臉色蒼白，表情痛苦，立即上前詢問，得知該名旅客有腸胃疾病病史，現(xiàn)在腹痛難忍。羅芳為其端上熱水，并立即通知列車長廣播尋醫(yī)。醫(yī)生診斷其為急性腸胃炎，同行旅客紛紛過來詢問，并拿來了藥物。羅芳不定時詢問其情況，并給該名旅客留下電話號碼，告知其有需要請及時聯(lián)系。原來，該名旅客是因?yàn)槌啥嫉较愀畚骶琵埖闹边_(dá)列車開通了，決定獨(dú)自到香港游玩，所以沒有同行人員。一小時后，該名旅客情況稍微緩解，決定繼續(xù)乘車。列車到達(dá)香港西九龍站后，羅芳將其送下車，看著她踏上出站的扶梯才安下心。這本是值乘中的一件很小的事，5天之后乘警支隊(duì)指揮室收到一面錦旗，上書“警民一家親 遇難見真情”，落款為“G2963次8車3A旅客”。羅芳在下一趟值乘時，列車長告訴她該名旅客寫了感謝信交給了列車工作人員，還在鐵路12306上留言感謝，并在“西南鐵路”微博下私信感謝：“我本蜀中女漢，何曾受此等生人關(guān)心，一時間竟感動到熱淚上涌……”

2023年以來，索瑪花女子乘警組一直秉承著“小事不小看，小案不小辦”的工作理念，共處置各類案事件83起，其中，成功處置一起極端臺風(fēng)天氣導(dǎo)致大面積旅客列車晚點(diǎn)，為1200名旅客滯留15小時期間做好各項(xiàng)宣傳、引導(dǎo)，發(fā)放救援物資1400份，確保旅客列車的安全。

化解糾紛，她們春風(fēng)化雨

女警張婧煜在進(jìn)入索瑪花女子乘警組前，跟著師傅張金玉學(xué)習(xí)乘務(wù)工作。張金玉是西昌鐵路公安處乘警支隊(duì)一名老民警，1988年退伍后參加乘警工作。他在20世紀(jì)90年代列車治安最為復(fù)雜時當(dāng)過“小慢車”乘警，也在線路治安管控難點(diǎn)區(qū)段駐守20多年。他是成杭高鐵上的“定盤星”，是“全國鐵路公安最美乘警”，他在旅客矛盾糾紛化解和為民服務(wù)工作上有“法寶”。張婧煜說：“‘矛盾不上交，平安不出事，服務(wù)不缺位’就是師傅工作的‘法寶’。在實(shí)際工作中，一名乘警很難做到多個車廂兼顧，這時候就要發(fā)揮列車志愿者的作用了?！?/p>

2024年1月17日，G2964次列車運(yùn)行在桂林西至貴陽東區(qū)間時，有志愿者在臨時群里發(fā)消息：“3號車廂出事了，有兩個人吵起來了，乘警小姐姐你快來。”“我馬上過來！”經(jīng)過了解，原來是兩名旅客因?yàn)檎诠夂熼_還是關(guān)的問題吵了起來，張婧煜將兩名旅客分開了解情況得知，其中一名是香港旅客，香港直達(dá)成都的列車開通后，帶著激動的心情回來看看祖國大好河山，因此不想關(guān)掉遮光簾；另一名旅客因?yàn)槟赣H剛剛做了眼部手術(shù)，不能長時間被陽光照射，因此想關(guān)掉遮光簾。了解到雙方的需求后，張婧煜及時找到列車長為其中一方調(diào)換座位，雙方矛盾得到了有效化解。

索瑪花女子乘警組自成立以來，共解決旅客糾紛547起，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)突發(fā)疾病、行動不便等情況旅客，開展扶危助困1400余起。

路地共融，她們向陽生長

索瑪花女子乘警組的發(fā)起者商榕是全國鐵路公安系統(tǒng)唯一一位女乘警支隊(duì)長，同時也是“全國成績突出女民警”“全路最美基層民警”。她是一位生在大涼山、長在大涼山的彝族女性，索瑪花美麗、堅(jiān)韌、不屈、向陽的精神在她身上有著具象的體現(xiàn)?！拔蚁胨鳜敾ǖ木裨谀銈兩砩蟼鞒?，想你們像索瑪花一樣美麗盛放、向陽生長。”這是索瑪花女子乘警組成立時她對全組成員說的話。

值乘成昆高鐵期間，她帶著8名女警主動聯(lián)合四川省索瑪慈善公益基金會、貴州厚德慈善公益基金會等公益組織，在值乘的列車上發(fā)起“西乘筑夢助學(xué)”行動，發(fā)動各方力量募集善款80余萬元，幫扶、愛心助學(xué)貧困山區(qū)兒童200余名。

值乘進(jìn)港列車期間，她們更是主動對接地方高校，將西南片區(qū)12所大學(xué)186名外語專業(yè)大學(xué)生與深圳公安處4名精通粵語的民警、成鐵集團(tuán)團(tuán)委23名會多國語言的青年團(tuán)員、索瑪花全國大學(xué)生志愿者563名納入西乘平安列車警務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)法治宣傳志愿隊(duì)伍，著力提升服務(wù)中國港澳地區(qū)旅客以及外籍旅客的能力。自成都至西九龍列車開行以來，共計(jì)開展多語種宣傳141次。

索瑪花女子乘警組向下扎根、向上生長，就像色彩艷麗的索瑪花，雖然生長在貧瘠的深山，卻在路地共融、服務(wù)旅客群眾工作中，盡力展現(xiàn)生命最美的色彩。

The Azalea Police Squad

Azaleas hold special significance for the Yi ethnic group， symbolizing a warm and heartfelt welcome. Within Yi culture， young women are often compared to these vibrant blossoms. Moreover， those who make the top three in beauty pageants within the community are honored with the titles Gold Azalea， Silver Azalea， and Bronze Azalea.

Small but resilient， Azaleas thrived in harsh plateau conditions up to 3，800 meters above sea level. Even in the depths of winter， after their blossoms have faded， their crimson branches continue to gleam under the sunlight.

Established under the Xichang Public Security Office of the Chengdu Railway Public Security Bureau on December 26， 2022， the Azalea Women Railway Police Squad embarked on its mission alongside the inaugural journey of the first high-speed train into the Daliang mountains. The squad originally consisted of eight young female officers who were dedicated to ensuring the safety of passengers traveling between Chengdu and Kunming. In July 2023， coinciding with the inauguration of the railway line connecting West Kowloon in the Hong Kong S.A.R. to Sichuan province， the squad expanded to 14 members， with an average age of just 27. As pioneers of the Fengqiao Experience （a community-based policing style widely used in China）， these female officers are committed to providing courteous and patient service to passengers. They demonstrate ingenuity and a strong sense of responsibility in resolving disputes and promoting legal awareness. Recently， the Azalea Women Railway Police Squad received the 2024 National Heroines award， a prestigious accolade bestowed by China's Ministry of Public Security.

Serving with Warmth and Patience

Zhao Xiaoqi， a veteran member of the squad， advocates for female officers to harness their inherent strengths， showcase their distinctiveness， thereby endearing themselves to the passengers.

Inside the work bag of female officers lies a comprehensive first-aid kit， stocked with essentials such as burn ointment， sewing equipment， sanitary pads， band-aids， medical alcohol， cotton swabs， and candies. During the first Spring Festival travel season following the inauguration of the Chengdu-Kunming high-speed railway， every carriage of the train was packed. At 6：20 p.m.， Zhao Xiaoqi received word from the chief conductor regarding a young girl in seat 11C of carriage 4 who had sustained severe burns on the insides of her thighs. Zhao sprang into action， rushing to the scene. With comforting words， she lifted the girl and hurried to the dining car. Retrieving medical alcohol and burn ointment from the first-aid kit， she tended to the girl's wounds and applied ice to alleviate the pain. Throughout the process， she maintained soothing gestures， lightly blowing on the girl's injured area. Witnessing the girl's tears caused by the blistered skin， Zhao， a mother， couldn't help but feel emotional. The 11 minutes it took for the train to reach the next stop at Panzhihua South seemed to stretch endlessly. As the train pulled into the station， Zhao handed the girl over to her parents and medical staff， Zhao's own sweat-stained shirt going unnoticed amidst the chaos.

Since its inception， the Azalea Women Railway Police Squad has provided assistance to the public on 12，058 occasions， recovered 23，267 lost items， and received 63 award banners and 1，206 thank-you notes from grateful passengers.

Ensuring Safety with Determination and Perseverance

Since joining the squad in June 2022， Luo Fang has become an integral part of the team. While on duty， she consistently leverages her amiability and is devoted to creating a safe travel environment for all passengers through her warm smiles and attentive service.

On August 1， 2023， while patrolling onboard train G2963 between Zhaoqing East and Guangdong South， Luo Fang noticed a woman in distress， her face drained of color and contorted in pain. Acting swiftly， she and her colleagues approached to inquire， discovering that the passenger was suffering from a severe stomach ailment. The female officers promptly provided her with hot water and instructed the chief conductor to request assistance from any doctors among the passengers via the loudspeaker. After a diagnosis of acute gastroenteritis， many passengers offered medications to help alleviate her symptoms. The team continued to check on the woman regularly and urged her to call them on their cell phones for assistance if needed. It turned out that the woman was traveling alone to Hong Kong for tourism， taking advantage of the direct train connecting Chengdu to West Kowloon. An hour later， feeling her condition had improved， the woman decided to continue her trip. As she departed the train in a better form， the female officers breathed a sigh of relief. Five days later， the railway police brigade command center received an award banner from \"the passenger in seat 3A of carriage 8， train G2963，\" expressing gratitude to the female officers： \"Like our families， the police always come to our aid when we are in need.\" On her subsequent duty， Luo Fang was informed by the chief conductor that the passenger had left a thank-you note and shared a message on both the railway hotline of 12306 and the official Weibo account of Southwest Railway， saying， \"Tough as I am，" I could hardly fight back the tears I was overwhelmed with so much kindness from many strangers.\"

Adhering to the principle of \"no case， big or small， shall be taken lightly，\" the Azalea Women Railway Police Squad has handled 83 diverse cases since 2023. One such mission involved addressing the extensive delays caused by a fierce typhoon. Despite the challenges， the squad successfully provided rescue relief 1，400 times， helping 1，200 stranded passengers during a 15-hour delay， offering comfort in their uncertainty and ensuring their safety.

Resolving Disputes with Empathy and Compassion

Before joining the Azalea squad， Zhang Jingyu was apprenticed to Zhang Jinyu， a seasoned officer of the railway police brigade at the Xichang Railway Public Security Office. Zhang Jinyu， a veteran， transitioned to this role in 1988. Throughout the tumultuous security climate of the 1990s， Zhang Jinyu served on slower trains before dedicating over two decades to maintaining public order in security hotspots along railway lines. Recognized as the security \"linchpin\" of the Chengdu-Hangzhou high-speed railway， he earned the title of \"role model for all national railway police officers\". Zhang Jinyu is renowned for his adeptness in resolving disputes among passengers and providing public assistance， and according to Zhang Jingyu， \"his key is swift action.\" However， a single railway police officer cannot attend to all passengers spread across various carriages， which is where volunteers play a crucial role.

On January 17， 2024， as train G2964 journeyed between Guilin West and Guiyang East， a volunteer sent a message in the temporarily established WeChat group： \"Rail Police needed in Carriage 3 where two passengers are quarreling.\" \"Roger that！ On my way already！\" replied Zhang Jingyu. Upon arrival， she discovered that the dispute stemmed from the positioning of a window curtain. After speaking with each passenger separately， Zhang learned that one passanger from Hong Kong was so keen on" the Mainland's magnificent landscapes that he insisted on keeping the curtain raised; whereas the other passenger argued that her mother， seated beside her， could not bear prolonged exposure to sunlight due to a recent eye surgery. Understanding both passengers' concerns， Zhang Jingyu coordinated with the chief conductor and facilitated a seat swap， strategically resolving the dispute.

Since its formation， the Azalea squad has resolved 547 passenger disputes and assisted over 1，400 passengers with disabilities or experiencing sudden illnesses.

Taking Root in the Soil and Blossoming in the Air

Shang Rong， the founder of the Azalea Women Railway Police Squad， holds the distinction of being the sole female director of a railway police brigade among all national railway public security organizations. Recognized as a \"National Exemplary Female Police Officer\" and a \"Most Commendable Grassroots Railway Police Officer\" ，Shang Rong， hailing from the Daliang Mountains and belonging to the Yi ethnic group， embodies the admirable qualities of azaleas： charisma， resilience， perseverance， and optimism. \"I hope you can exemplify all the positive qualities of the flower and carry them forward，\" she said to her female colleagues upon the squad's inception.

While serving aboard the Chengdu-Kunming high-speed railway， Shang and her team initiated an onboard charity campaign titled \"Fundraising for Dropouts to Resume Education\" .Collaborating with numerous philanthropic organizations， including the Sichuan Azalea Charity Foundation and the Guizhou Houda Charity Foundation， they have raised over 800，000 yuan and assisted more than 200 children from poverty-stricken regions.

After being reassigned to railway lines bound for Hong Kong， the squad proactively reached out to local universities in southwest China. They enlisted the support of 186 English majors from 12 universities， 4 Cantonese-speaking police officers from the Shenzhen Public Security Office， 23 multilingual members of the Communist Youth League of the Chengdu Railway Group， and 563 college volunteers from the Azalea organization. Together， they formed a voluntary publicity team to raise public awareness of transport security and improve services to the passengers.

The Azalea Women Railway Police Squad， like the vibrant flowers they're named after， have taken root in the soil and blossomed in the sky. Despite their origins in harsh mountains， these female officers flourish in their steadfast commitment to serving passengers with excellence.
