為依法嚴(yán)厲打擊跨境裸聊敲詐、電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙等違法犯罪，我公安機關(guān)與老撾警方持續(xù)開展國際警務(wù)執(zhí)法合作，近日成功搗毀3個位于老撾金三角經(jīng)濟特區(qū)的犯罪窩點，抓獲250名中國籍違法犯罪嫌疑人。目前，相關(guān)人員及涉案物品均已通過云南西雙版納邊境口岸順利移交我方。這是兩國警方深入開展執(zhí)法合作取得的又一重要戰(zhàn)果，狠狠打擊了犯罪分子的囂張氣焰。

2022年11月，河南省周口市公安機關(guān)在偵辦一起裸聊敲詐案件過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)以劉某等人為首的犯罪集團在緬甸、老撾境內(nèi)組織人員設(shè)立窩點，針對我國公民實施跨境裸聊敲詐、電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙等違法犯罪活動，涉案金額巨大。公安部對此高度重視，立即組織涉案地公安機關(guān)順線深挖、深入研判，逐步查明該犯罪集團組織架構(gòu)和犯罪窩點位置。在掌握相關(guān)犯罪事實和證據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上，我公安機關(guān)近日通過國際警務(wù)執(zhí)法合作，將相關(guān)線索通報老撾警方。老撾警方迅速組織執(zhí)法力量對金三角經(jīng)濟特區(qū)內(nèi)的犯罪窩點開展統(tǒng)一清查行動，抓獲目標(biāo)犯罪嫌疑人160名、網(wǎng)上在逃人員90名，繳獲作案手機990余部、電腦270余臺。目前，公安部已部署河南、浙江、云南、貴州等地公安機關(guān)將犯罪嫌疑人有序押回，全力開展案件偵辦工作。

250 Cross-border Telecom Fraud Suspects Handed to China by Laos

BEIJING， April 23 （Xinhua） -- Laos had handed 250 Chinese suspects of cross-border telecom fraud to China， China's Ministry of Public Security （MPS） said on Tuesday.

Chinese and Lao police recently cooperated to bust three criminal dens in Laos， seizing 250 Chinese suspects of cross-border telecom fraud and over 1，000 mobile phones and computers used for committing such crimes， according to the MPS.

During the cooperation， Chinese police discovered clues to the criminal dens in Laos while working to solve a telecom fraud case in China. The groups were suspected of targeting Chinese nationals for telecom fraud involving huge amounts of money.

Chinese police informed their Lao counterparts of the clues after securing criminal facts and evidence. Lao police successfully busted the dens in a prompt manner， the ministry said.

This marked another major achievement in law enforcement cooperation between the two countries' police forces， the MPS said， vowing to step up further efforts on intensifying international cooperation to resolutely contain cross-border crimes such as telecom fraud. （Source： Xinhua）

中柬警方打擊涉賭詐違法犯罪聯(lián)合行動捷報頻傳

680余名中國籍涉賭詐違法犯罪嫌疑人被分批從柬埔寨押解回國

4月21日晨，隨著兩架中國民航包機降落在湖北武漢天河國際機場，135名中國籍涉賭詐違法犯罪嫌疑人被我公安機關(guān)從柬埔寨押解回國。截至目前，柬警方抓獲的680余名中國籍涉賭詐違法犯罪嫌疑人已全部被我公安機關(guān)押解回國。

近年來，針對人民群眾反映強烈的跨境賭博、電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙等突出違法犯罪，公安機關(guān)堅決貫徹黨中央決策部署，堅持以打開路，持續(xù)深化國際執(zhí)法合作，摧毀了一大批跨境犯罪團伙，抓獲了一大批不法分子。今年以來，我公安機關(guān)先后從緬甸、菲律賓、阿聯(lián)酋等國將數(shù)萬名涉賭詐違法犯罪嫌疑人押解回國，取得了突出戰(zhàn)果。特別是中柬警方近日組織開展打擊涉賭詐違法犯罪聯(lián)合行動，抓獲一批違法犯罪嫌疑人，并于4月12日起由湖北公安機關(guān)組織多架包機將相關(guān)人員分批次押解回國，沉重打擊了境外涉我犯罪集團的囂張氣焰。目前，公安部已部署湖北公安機關(guān)全力開展案件偵辦工作。

Chinese police have completed the repatriation of over 680 gambling and scam suspects from Cambodia， the Ministry of Public Security （MPS） said on Sunday.

Two police-chartered civilian flights brought back the last batch of 135 suspects to Wuhan， capital of central China's Hubei Province， earlier on Sunday.

This marks the completion of repatriation this year as Chinese and Cambodian police launched joint operations to crack down on crimes associated with gambling and swindling， the ministry said.

The repatriation started earlier this month in batches.

In recent years， Chinese police have continuously intensified international cooperation to combat prominent crimes such as cross-border gambling and telecom scam.

This year， Chinese police have repatriated tens of thousands of such suspects from countries including Myanmar， the Philippines， and the United Arab Emirates.

The MPS vowed to maintain high pressure on such crimes， while also reminding the public to be more vigilant. （Xinhua）

4月13日晨，隨著兩架中國民航包機降落在湖北武漢天河國際機場，首批130名中國籍涉賭詐違法犯罪嫌疑人被我公安機關(guān)從柬埔寨押解回國。這是今年以來中柬警方組織開展的首批遣返押解任務(wù)，拉開了兩國警方聯(lián)合打擊涉賭詐違法犯罪的帷幕。

近年來，為依法嚴(yán)厲打擊跨境賭博、電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙等突出犯罪，中柬警方密切配合、通力合作，不斷深化打擊工作，取得一系列顯著成效。在前期工作基礎(chǔ)上，按照全國打擊治理跨境賭博工作部署，我公安機關(guān)會同柬埔寨警方近日組織開展了打擊涉賭詐違法犯罪聯(lián)合行動。行動中，柬警方搗毀了多個位于西哈努克市的賭詐窩點，抓獲了一大批中國籍違法犯罪嫌疑人，查獲一批涉案服務(wù)器、電腦、手機等作案工具。在公安部指揮下，湖北公安機關(guān)派出工作組赴柬埔寨，會同柬警方開展遣返押解工作，自即日起以民航包機形式分批將上述人員押解回國。

Chinese Police Take back 130 Gambling， Scam Suspects from Cambodia

Two police-chartered civilian flights brought back 130 gambling and scam suspects from Cambodia earlier on Saturday.

This marks the first lot of suspects repatriated from Cambodia this year as Chinese and Cambodian police launched joint operations to crack down on crimes associated with gambling and swindling.

In recent years， Chinese and Cambodian police have intensified their cooperation to combat prominent crimes such as cross-border gambling and telecom scam.

This led to a recent joint operation in the Southeast Asian country. During the operation， local police demolished criminal dens， captured a great number of suspects of Chinese nationality， and seized servers， computers， mobile phones and other tools believed to have been used for criminal purpose.

In addition to those repatriated on Saturday， the remaining suspects will be brought back via chartered flights later on， according to Chinese police.

The Ministry of Public Security vowed to strengthen joint law enforcement with partners in relevant countries and regions to deter the frequency of such crimes. （Source：Xinhua）
