如今,旅游業(yè)在國(guó)內(nèi)外是一個(gè)高度增長(zhǎng)的行業(yè),是經(jīng)濟(jì)的巨大貢獻(xiàn)也是各地創(chuàng)收的主要來(lái)源之一。隨著旅游業(yè)的繁榮發(fā)展,世界各地的游客有了更多的目的地選擇。形象更積極的旅游目的地更有可能吸引游客到訪。形象感知對(duì)游客的行為意向、返回意向、忠誠(chéng)度和積極的口碑傳播有很大影響(Gartner,1993)。因此,不管是設(shè)計(jì)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)傳播以吸引游客,還是設(shè)計(jì)、定位營(yíng)銷(xiāo)策略,都需要密切關(guān)注客戶感知。目前,關(guān)于濟(jì)南為旅游目的地的形象感知的研究仍然有限,針對(duì)外國(guó)游客的研究較少。本研究試圖了解中外游客對(duì)濟(jì)南旅游目的地的形象的感知,以及各方面評(píng)論反饋出的積極和消極因素,以期對(duì)濟(jì)南的旅游目的地形象構(gòu)建有所助益。
目的地形象管理被認(rèn)為是目的地營(yíng)銷(xiāo)的一個(gè)重要方面,在市場(chǎng)中持有良好形象被認(rèn)為是目的地營(yíng)銷(xiāo)成功的關(guān)鍵(Tasci,Gartner,2007)。目的地形象對(duì)游客的決策過(guò)程產(chǎn)生重大影響(Byon,Zhang,2010),并且形象意味著旅行者的期望(Leisen,2001;馮捷蘊(yùn),龔捷,2019)。此外,旅行者對(duì)旅游目的地的選擇在很大程度上取決于他對(duì)該目的地形象的偏好。同時(shí),目的地形象被視為游客行為背后的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素和驅(qū)動(dòng)力,影響游客的返回意愿、忠誠(chéng)度和正面的口碑傳播,以及品牌資產(chǎn)的一個(gè)顯著維度(Boo,2009),并作為目的地忠誠(chéng)度的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵組成部分。
近幾十年來(lái),旅游目的地的形象形成一直是特定目的地的主要研究重點(diǎn),尤其是考慮到形象與游客忠誠(chéng)度之間的研究。根據(jù)Gartner(1994)的研究,目的地的感知形象由三個(gè)部分組成:情感、認(rèn)知和行為。他提出形象形成是一個(gè)循環(huán)過(guò)程,形象的投射可以反映在受體的感知形象中(Gartner,1994),這反過(guò)來(lái)會(huì)影響對(duì)目的地的評(píng)估和潛在游客的行為。
社交媒體已經(jīng)改變了旅游目的地形象構(gòu)建和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)其資源及服務(wù)的方式,以及游客發(fā)現(xiàn)、使用和產(chǎn)生信息的方式。以消費(fèi)者為中心的社交媒體研究評(píng)估了這些平臺(tái)對(duì)消費(fèi)的影響,強(qiáng)調(diào)了它們的有用性不僅體現(xiàn)在旅游規(guī)劃的研究階段(雷雅欽,2021;許春曉,2020),而且還體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)驗(yàn)分享方面(王鵬飛,2021;朱金悅,2021)。社交媒體對(duì)于游客獲取信息以及生成與他人交流的內(nèi)容非常重要。這種用戶生成內(nèi)容已經(jīng)成為學(xué)術(shù)研究的中心,可能會(huì)影響游客的決策,而這也取決于用戶之前的知識(shí)、游客自己的旅行體驗(yàn)和傳輸平臺(tái)。
本文采集了攜程和TripAdvisor 上截至到2020年2 月1 日發(fā)布的與趵突泉(Baotu Spring Park)相關(guān)的旅游評(píng)論,篩選整理出中國(guó)游客游記50 篇和西方旅游者游記60 篇,建立小型語(yǔ)料庫(kù)。首先,對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,便于開(kāi)展分析;然后進(jìn)行詞頻分析生成高頻詞標(biāo)簽云及前100 位高頻特征詞表,得到旅游者對(duì)趵突泉旅游目的地形象感知的基本特征。再利用AntConc 語(yǔ)料庫(kù)研究軟件對(duì)語(yǔ)料進(jìn)行檢索分析,通過(guò)詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)、高頻詞索引和詞簇等手段,將定性與定量分析相結(jié)合,分析游客對(duì)旅游目的地的感知情況。
通過(guò)詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件,將全部游客評(píng)論樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì),了解游客對(duì)趵突泉景區(qū)的整體感知形象。分詞后詞頻排名靠前的高頻詞語(yǔ)的詞性以名詞、形容詞為主?!磅劳蝗薄皾?jì)南”“泉水”“大明湖”“泉眼”“五龍?zhí)丁钡让~體現(xiàn)出游客游覽中主要關(guān)注的事物和必去的景點(diǎn),“清澈”“漂亮”“優(yōu)美”“可愛(ài)”等形容詞體現(xiàn)出游客游覽的主要體驗(yàn)感受和認(rèn)可。
為更直觀形象表示分詞結(jié)果,在詞頻統(tǒng)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)以詞云的形式進(jìn)行可視化展示,如圖1 所示,越高的詞頻在詞云中的字號(hào)越大。游客對(duì)趵突泉的主要感知是趵突泉為天下第一泉的名號(hào),這也是趵突泉代表性稱(chēng)號(hào)。頻率最高的三個(gè)詞是趵突泉、濟(jì)南、泉水。景區(qū)內(nèi)游客提到最多的景點(diǎn)是趵突泉、李清照紀(jì)念館、泉水等這些受游客歡迎的景點(diǎn)區(qū)域,在日常管理中應(yīng)投入更多的關(guān)注。

1.總體形象感知
本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在搜集的所有語(yǔ)料中,絕大多數(shù)西方游客對(duì)趵突泉印象深刻,尤其趵突泉的景色和泉水,并給予了正面和積極的評(píng)價(jià)。搜集的50 篇中文語(yǔ)料中有45 篇對(duì)趵突泉作出了正面評(píng)價(jià),其中正面評(píng)價(jià)約占90%;60 篇英文語(yǔ)料的語(yǔ)料庫(kù),形符4089,類(lèi)符1024,其中55 篇作出了正面評(píng)價(jià),正面評(píng)價(jià)約占91.6%。由此看來(lái),歷史悠久、風(fēng)景秀麗的趵突泉的泉水美景是吸引國(guó)內(nèi)外游客來(lái)的最主要原因。這些評(píng)論大多表達(dá)了對(duì)趵突泉等景點(diǎn)的贊美之情,對(duì)于游覽體驗(yàn)有較為詳細(xì)的描述。通過(guò)描述也可以看出游客肯定了趵突泉的歷史文化價(jià)值,以及對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的喜愛(ài)和興趣。
例1:趵突泉景區(qū)花團(tuán)錦簇綠柳成蔭,路上遍布大小泉眼,又有李清照鎮(zhèn)宅,書(shū)畫(huà)院增添筆墨氣息,小園子整體氛圍宛若江南水鄉(xiāng)~只說(shuō)趵突泉這一眼水,我是敬佩的:沒(méi)有用水泵、噴泉等硬件設(shè)施輔助,突得毫無(wú)力度也隨他去,看到的絕對(duì)是泉眼本來(lái)的樣子,淺淡如蜻蜓點(diǎn)水起漣漪般若有若無(wú),但我還是喜歡。相比大明湖,這里規(guī)模小得多了,但精致程度放眼北方都無(wú)出其右者,真北方第一泉色也~(摘自中文游記2)
例2:The park is a lot more than simply a place to see springs.It is a classic Chinese garden, with bizarre rocks,ornamental shrubs and trees,ponds and attractive buildings (some containing exhibitions of paintings or other art).We were lucky enough to be there during the chrysanthemums festival.But at any time it will be animated by local people enjoying it.On some days Peking Opera is performed for free.(摘自英文游記10)
2.游客評(píng)論具體分析
通過(guò)對(duì)趵突泉游記的梳理可以看出游客對(duì)趵突泉的評(píng)論主要分為以下幾個(gè)方面:
(1)情感維度:景點(diǎn)評(píng)價(jià)和旅游體驗(yàn)
趵突泉景點(diǎn)得到了外國(guó)游客的整體較好的評(píng)價(jià)。通過(guò)AntConc 檢索分析英文游記語(yǔ)料可以看出,外國(guó)游客的評(píng)價(jià)用詞都是非常積極的。
其中“very”一詞出現(xiàn)28 次,搭配有very beautiful, very clean, very enjoyable, very famous, very good, very nice, very quiet and peaceful, very well maintained.
“beautiful”一詞出現(xiàn)25 次,搭配有beautiful and peaceful, absolutely beautiful, beautiful scenery,beautiful spring,etc.
“water”一詞出現(xiàn)25 次,可以看出游客對(duì)于泉水是非常關(guān)注的。
“nice”一詞出現(xiàn)23 次,搭配有nice break away from the city,nice park,nice place,nice to see,etc.
“famous”一詞出現(xiàn)14 次,搭配有famous attraction, famous hot springs, famous spring, most famous,etc.
“good”一詞出現(xiàn)12 次,搭配有g(shù)ood attraction,good food and some good bars, good craft beer, good place for relaxing walk,a very good place to visit,a good time.
“great”一詞出現(xiàn)10 次,搭配有g(shù)reat for all ages,great for taking lovely photos, a great park to relax, old history of great people,there are many great photo opps,great place to let your inner peace prevail, great spot to meet people playing traditional games, great spot to watch,great to get away from the hassle of the streets.
“Worth”一詞出現(xiàn)頻率9 次,可以看出外國(guó)游客還是推薦游覽趵突泉等景點(diǎn),搭配有:There are other interesting buildings and ponds, so definitely worth a visit.
在外國(guó)游客游覽趵突泉的感受方面,很多游客提到趵突泉給人帶來(lái)的一種平靜安寧的感覺(jué),讓人心曠神怡,平和放松。
例3:Baotu Springs is definitely a must see in Jinan.It’s located in the city center, which makes it an odd yet tranquil contrast to its surroundings.It’s comprised of 72 springs, amongst them are some beautiful courtyards and pavilions as well as some overpriced tea houses - and if you’re lucky you may catch some locals practicing two chi or an opera performance.(摘自英文游記31)
除了積極的評(píng)價(jià),國(guó)內(nèi)外游客對(duì)趵突泉的游覽也有一些負(fù)面的評(píng)價(jià)。
例4:The highlight was wandering around reading the(very)poorly translated warning signs from Chinese into English.(摘自英文游記7)
園中的英文翻譯被游客指出翻譯不當(dāng)。提示牌、景點(diǎn)介紹是外國(guó)游客了解景點(diǎn)的重要方式,因此,專(zhuān)業(yè)的翻譯和翻譯校對(duì)是必要的,它彰顯的是城市的門(mén)面和水平。
例5:In my opinion, it is a well-maintained park at best and it is overrated....In winter, the boats are not in service and many plants are covered up with plastic or wood.Also,they fertilize the plants then so there is a bad smell.Perhaps it would be a better time to visit in the other seasons.(摘自英文游記39)
從該條游記評(píng)論可以看出游客對(duì)于趵突泉評(píng)價(jià)一般,游客反映感覺(jué)公園被高估了;也反映出公園的設(shè)施的維護(hù)還有待提升。同時(shí),也可以看出,如果游客對(duì)于景區(qū)初步了解不足,或者對(duì)趵突泉的歷史文化不了解的話,也會(huì)影響參觀游覽的感受,對(duì)于景點(diǎn)的評(píng)價(jià)就會(huì)有些片面,會(huì)造成旅游體驗(yàn)與先前預(yù)期的差異。因此,還是要通過(guò)多種手段加強(qiáng)趵突泉?dú)v史文化的宣傳,以及園區(qū)中提供豐富詳細(xì)的多模態(tài)、多語(yǔ)種的歷史文化介紹,讓游客隨時(shí)隨地能夠更好地更便捷地了解趵突泉的歷史文化,從而提升游客的參觀感受,更好了解中國(guó)文化。當(dāng)然對(duì)于游覽導(dǎo)游,也有國(guó)外游客提到電子導(dǎo)游,給予了好評(píng):If you like Chinese garden and history, esp.about literature, like Li Qing Zhao, this is a very good place to visit.Also, you can buy one bowel of tea claimed to be made from Baotu spring water while enjoying the beautiful scenery.You can also hire a set of auto tour guide machine at the entrance (return at the same location) to guide you through the park with abundant information and interesting stories.(摘自英文游記7)
(2)認(rèn)知維度:歷史文化和趵突泉面貌
關(guān)于歷史文化
例:The spring is so clean and clear water comes from ground and Emperor Qianlong and Chairman Mao have written poems to recommend it.(摘自英文游記26)
例6:The central attraction which is the spring has been there for 3,500 years?? (wiki)and has some historical significance.Part of it flows into the DamingLake.There is a memorial hall dedicated to the female poet Li Qingzhao.(摘自英文游記13)
從以上兩條評(píng)論可以看出游客對(duì)乾隆的詩(shī)詞和李清照都有所了解,留下了一定的印象。國(guó)內(nèi)外游客對(duì)于中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)文化還是非常感興趣的。可以利用這些契機(jī)和需求,著力發(fā)掘文化和旅游的結(jié)合點(diǎn)。
例7:一年一度的趵突泉菊展是廣受中老年歡迎的盛會(huì),也是趵突泉一年里最不可錯(cuò)過(guò)的展覽,另一個(gè)就是燈會(huì)了。雖然公園面積真的只有一丟丟,不過(guò)景色還是別致的,顏色搭配也是賞心悅目。各種姿態(tài)萬(wàn)千的菊花同時(shí)綻放,讓人甚是喜歡。(摘自中文游記4)
例8:滄園李攀龍德作品展,我對(duì)所謂明朝七子所知不多。印象中倒是知道建安七子或者竹林七賢。哪怕清朝的揚(yáng)州八怪,明朝就知道個(gè)四大才子。真的是有些孤陋寡聞。(摘自中文游記15)
從以上評(píng)論可以看出國(guó)內(nèi)的游客從小學(xué)課本、老舍的文章中了解過(guò)趵突泉,也對(duì)康熙的手跡、李清照紀(jì)念館、李苦禪紀(jì)念館、滄園等等名人故居非常感興趣。對(duì)于園內(nèi)舉辦的菊花展,各類(lèi)文化歷史活動(dòng)非常喜歡。人們還是喜歡深入了解公園的歷史,增長(zhǎng)自己的見(jiàn)識(shí)與認(rèn)知。
國(guó)外游客也作出了很多相關(guān)評(píng)論。
例9:Nice Park with free Chinese Opera performances.A great park to relax, enjoy a walk around the park with Chinese Opera performances, a nice tea garden and view of the famous hot springs! (摘自英文游記10)
例10:Jinan is a spring city with lots of spring,most famous one is Baotu Spring.When I visited the Park it’s was also the time for Chrysanthemum Exhibition.Everywhere was placed with chrysanthemum in different kind of species.Very nice park.(摘自英文游記60)
從游客評(píng)論可以看出,游客非常喜歡公園里組織舉辦的各類(lèi)民俗文化、傳統(tǒng)文化節(jié)目。不管是菊花展、燈會(huì)、滄園李攀龍的作品展,還是免費(fèi)的京劇表演都受到游客的好評(píng)。既能提升公園的吸引力,又能傳播和弘揚(yáng)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化,增加公園的游覽娛樂(lè)性,文化和旅游的融合發(fā)展可以采取更多途徑的融合和探索。
語(yǔ)料中“history、culture”等歷史文化相關(guān)詞匯多次,可以看出不管是國(guó)內(nèi)游客還是國(guó)外游客,來(lái)游覽趵突泉的時(shí)候不僅關(guān)注泉水景色,也希望了解趵突泉的文化和歷史。除了泉水,趵突泉園中的特色文化和歷史也是讓趵突泉區(qū)別于其他類(lèi)似公園的重要一面。所以,為中外游客提供便捷豐富了解趵突泉、濟(jì)南歷史文化的途徑非常重要。多模態(tài)的傳播手段,新媒體傳播途徑的拓展和挖掘,宣傳網(wǎng)站、手冊(cè)、資料、書(shū)籍、推文、翻譯等工作需要全面地開(kāi)展。讓歷史與文化的感知與滲透更深入,讓游客能夠更好地感受文化,從而進(jìn)一步幫助傳播與推廣當(dāng)?shù)氐穆糜挝幕?/p>
關(guān)于趵突泉面貌
對(duì)于趵突泉面貌的正面評(píng)論和描述,國(guó)內(nèi)外游客的評(píng)論中都有較為具體的體現(xiàn)。
游客認(rèn)為趵突泉風(fēng)景優(yōu)美,泉水清澈,漫步其中心曠神怡。園中的竹林,花卉深受喜愛(ài),讓人忘記城市的喧囂,享受陽(yáng)光下的寧?kù)o與自在。這可能是精致的趵突泉給游客的一份獨(dú)特的感覺(jué)。以國(guó)外游客評(píng)論為例:
例11:Oasis in a busy city...
I visited Baotu Spring in a beautiful spring afternoon, where the sky was clear and blue, the wind was calm and the temperature wasn’t cold....No wonder locals loves this place very much, it is so relaxing to be here and forgetting the busy Jinan City for a while.
My visit lasts until pretty much late and I enjoyed the beautiful golden rays from the sun brightens the park.It was wonderful visit.(摘自英文游記36)

從評(píng)論可以得知,游客認(rèn)為趵突泉公園寬闊優(yōu)美,亭臺(tái)樓閣,柳綠花紅,景色秀麗。
對(duì)于趵突泉面貌的負(fù)面評(píng)論則主要體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理方面。
例13:Overpriced and certainly not living up to its reputation.It is a park, it is a nice park.It is a nicely sculpted, inner-city park.It is no nicer than any number of other Chinese inner-city parks, including those that are free to access.Did I mention that you payto get in? In summer, though, there seems to be a tendency to treat it as a sort of cut-price water park,with street vendors selling water-guns outside the gates.This gives what could be a pleasant park an air of chaos and causes bottlenecks wherever children can get their feet wet.(摘自英文游記49)
從這條評(píng)論中看出,游客認(rèn)為公園久負(fù)盛名,盡管公園還不錯(cuò),但是和中國(guó)其他公園差別不大,并且需要付費(fèi)。同時(shí)認(rèn)為公園在夏季時(shí)街邊攤販?zhǔn)圪u(mài)各種水槍讓公園顯得有些雜亂。
關(guān)于泉水
對(duì)于趵突泉的泉水,國(guó)內(nèi)外游客都驚嘆于泉水能到達(dá)到直飲的純凈度。對(duì)于品嘗泉水,感受泉水的甘甜與清涼非常感興趣。這也提醒我們對(duì)于泉水品質(zhì)和水質(zhì)維護(hù)是非常重要的一項(xiàng)工作。
例14:When I come to Baotu spring, which is the famous attractions in Jinan, I found a strange phenomenon that the crowd gets the water bottles inside is full of water.Into the garden to watch later, I found a lot of people directly drink Baotu spring.I am surprised that people don’t doubt springs have any bacteria.By asking, I learned that the water of Baotu spring is very clean, has reached the standard of human drinking.When I drink spring water,I really feel the sweetness of spring water, and deep admiration of Jinan people’s lives.
I really like Jinan springs that is sweet and delicious.In the hot summer,it’s really cool to drink it.

從評(píng)論可以看出,游客對(duì)于能夠體驗(yàn)品嘗泉水很有興趣,并且如果泉水品質(zhì)優(yōu)秀的話會(huì)起到讓游客口口相傳的效果。
對(duì)于泉水的水質(zhì)和維護(hù)也有一些負(fù)面評(píng)論。
例 15:I agree with those reviewers who have commented that if you have seen other Chinese parks,there is nothing remarkable about it.I visited it on a Sunday in June with a Jinan resident.She was apologetic about the polluted appearance of the water.As a respite from the rush of the city,it has its merit,but I think Daming probably is better suited for that.(摘自英文游記20)
從評(píng)論看出,由于泉水有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)水量不足,噴涌效果有變化,或者泉水會(huì)有污染不清澈的情況,會(huì)影響游客的游覽感受。
例16:Disappointing Visit
This was my second time to the Baotu Springs--the first being about ten years ago.At that time the springs were bubbling and the water was clear and clean.This visit in May found the springs looking terrible.Perhaps the water level was down but none of the springs was bubbling and pools were looking polluted and dirty.The park was packed with visitors--and you have to pay to get in.On the good side the park was alive with cultural activities--music, games, kids--which is always fun.But I think Jinan could do a better job of making this attractive.We left very disappointed.(摘自英文游記50)
從評(píng)論看出游客對(duì)于趵突泉水質(zhì)和噴涌的情況有所失望,十年前游客曾經(jīng)游覽趵突泉,但十年后感覺(jué)趵突泉水位下降,泉水有所污染,看上去不干凈。因此,泉水的保護(hù)和維護(hù)非常重要。
濟(jì)南市向游客展現(xiàn)了良好的旅游目的地形象,但從反饋中仍可以看出景區(qū)在不同方面存在的問(wèn)題與不足。及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并反饋解決對(duì)于景區(qū)持續(xù)發(fā)展極為必要。網(wǎng)絡(luò)游記和評(píng)論能夠直觀反映游客對(duì)景區(qū)的感受,其中的消極或負(fù)面評(píng)論尤其能幫助景區(qū)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題。
通過(guò)對(duì)游記的整理與分類(lèi),可以看出游客對(duì)景區(qū)的負(fù)面評(píng)論主要體現(xiàn)在旅游環(huán)境與氛圍、旅游服務(wù)兩方面。出現(xiàn)的主要問(wèn)題有:第一,景區(qū)管理方面要注意客流量的疏導(dǎo),旅游旺季期間客流量的把控需要及時(shí)調(diào)整。過(guò)大的客流量也會(huì)影響游客的游覽體驗(yàn);景點(diǎn)資源維護(hù)管理不及時(shí);景區(qū)內(nèi)外商販管理不規(guī)范。第二,餐飲服務(wù)方面,飲食環(huán)境衛(wèi)生在客流量大的時(shí)候難以保障、飲食特色及味道體現(xiàn)不出濟(jì)南特色。小吃街同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)嚴(yán)重,環(huán)境嘈雜。第三,景區(qū)設(shè)施方面,停車(chē)難,停車(chē)位不足;景區(qū)歷史文化宣傳介紹缺乏;景點(diǎn)介紹翻譯不規(guī)范或不足等。第四,城市交通堵塞;公共廁所不足;天氣炎熱也是容易影響游客情緒的因素。
為了幫助游客提升旅游體驗(yàn),積累良好的游客旅游反饋和評(píng)價(jià),景區(qū)應(yīng)實(shí)時(shí)關(guān)注游客評(píng)論動(dòng)態(tài)及變化趨勢(shì),滿足游客需求,提升景區(qū)形象。針對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,可以從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)一步完善:
