主教門大街100號大樓是一個多功能現(xiàn)代商業(yè)開發(fā)項目,位于倫敦歷史悠久的倫敦金融城。該高層建筑的凈可租賃面積略逾900,000平方英尺,其以五個相鄰的平臺層固定,每一個的面積超過44,000平方英尺,分為36個面積為19,000至25,000平方英尺的高檔辦公空間,可適應(yīng)各類租賃需求。
高層建筑的形制與地形相應(yīng),底層為平行四邊形,頂層為長方形。沿建筑以重復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)的方式搭配使用對比強烈的墻面紋理和鉸鏈?zhǔn)浇雍?,這種形制上的過渡使得建筑擁有一種獨特的、旋轉(zhuǎn)的動感。
新建的面積為半英畝的公共空間中點綴有餐館和零售設(shè)施,并成為主教門大街、圣瑪麗斧街和甘菊街道交界處向北行的人行通道。布魯克菲爾德項目包含圣海倫之家15號。而該處的北立面與公共區(qū)域相對。

100 Bishopsgate is a mixed-use contemporary commercialdevelopment in London’s ancient Square Mile.A tower provides just over 900,000 sq ft of net lettable space,which is anchored by five contiguous podium floors,in excess of 44,000 sq ft each,with 36 high grade office floors ranging from 19,000 to 25,000 sq ft,to suit any tenant requirement.
The form of the tower responds to the geometries of the site by transitioning from a parallelogram at its base to a rectangle at its top.In combination with contrasting facade textures and articulated junctions repeated rotationally around the building,this transition in form lends the tower a distinctive twisting dynamic.
A newly created half-acre public realm,enlivened with restaurant and retail amenities,provides pedestrian access between Bishopsgate,St Mary Axe and Camomile Street to the north.Part of this Brookfield development includes 15 St Helen’s Place,whose north facade fronts the public realm.
