2月25日，全國(guó)脫貧攻堅(jiān)總結(jié)表彰大會(huì)上，習(xí)近平總書(shū)記莊嚴(yán)宣告：在迎來(lái)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨成立100周年的重要時(shí)刻，中國(guó)脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)取得了全面勝利。

在創(chuàng)造這一彪炳史冊(cè)的人間奇跡過(guò)程中，濟(jì)南也書(shū)寫(xiě)下無(wú)愧于時(shí)代的動(dòng)人篇章——全市1006個(gè)貧困村全部摘帽退出，21.13萬(wàn)貧困人口基本實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定脫貧，建檔立卡貧困人口年人均純收入達(dá)到10826元，連續(xù)四年在全省扶貧開(kāi)發(fā)成效考核中被評(píng)為“好”的等次、位列第一梯隊(duì)。

這份亮眼的答卷背后，是濟(jì)南不斷推動(dòng)脫貧攻堅(jiān)與鄉(xiāng)村振興有效銜接，探索實(shí)施“積分制”扶貧、“共享式”扶貧、“貧貧互助”、脫貧攻堅(jiān)講習(xí)所等創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐，建立健全脫貧防貧長(zhǎng)效工作機(jī)制；是濟(jì)南將習(xí)總書(shū)記的殷殷囑托和關(guān)于脫貧攻堅(jiān)的重要論述，鐫刻在了廣大干部群眾的心坎上，書(shū)寫(xiě)在廣袤的農(nóng)村大地上。

2020年6月13日，在習(xí)總書(shū)記視察山東兩周年之際，一場(chǎng)脫貧攻堅(jiān)暨鄉(xiāng)村振興工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)會(huì)在曾經(jīng)的貧困村如今的鄉(xiāng)村振興齊魯樣板村——三澗溪村舉行。圍繞打造鄉(xiāng)村振興的齊魯樣板，通過(guò)發(fā)揮黨建引領(lǐng)作用，夯實(shí)鄉(xiāng)村振興物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，提升農(nóng)村面貌，精準(zhǔn)施策，鞏固脫貧成效，抓好黃河灘區(qū)遷建安置，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)全面升級(jí)、農(nóng)村全面進(jìn)步、農(nóng)民全面發(fā)展。

久困于窮，冀以小康。這些年來(lái)，濟(jì)南1006個(gè)貧困村的村民深切體會(huì)到，小康不是喊出來(lái)的，是黨帶領(lǐng)群眾干出來(lái)的。三澗溪村在黨支部書(shū)記高淑貞的帶領(lǐng)下，建設(shè)了村史館、文化長(zhǎng)廊，建起了美食街、農(nóng)業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)園；西營(yíng)鎮(zhèn)葉家坡村在第一書(shū)記李洪文的5年幫扶下，從一個(gè)窮溝溝變成金窩窩……

在濟(jì)南，一個(gè)個(gè)村莊正駛?cè)豚l(xiāng)村振興的快車(chē)道，朝著“產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺、生態(tài)宜居、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的目標(biāo)邁進(jìn)，一幅鄉(xiāng)村振興的絢麗畫(huà)卷正在繪就！

Chinese President Xi Jinping announced Chinas "complete victory" in its fight against absolute poverty， at a grand gathering to mark the countrys accomplishments in poverty alleviation and honor its model poverty fighters on February 25. When creating another miracle that will "go down in history" in eradicating extreme poverty， Jinan has made remarkable progress - a total of 1006 villages were removed from the poverty-stricken list， 211，300 impoverished residents were lifted from poverty， stagnant per-capita income of registered povertystricken households reached 10，826 yuan. Jinan has been ranked for four consecutive years as a good level in the provinces assessment for poverty alleviation and development， maintaining a top ranking.

The road has been long and arduous， but the prize is clear. Jinan has marched on unceasingly to coordinate poverty alleviation and rural revitalization， and established longterm poverty alleviation mechanisms. Implementing President Xi Jinpings thought on securing a decisive victory against poverty， Jinan has adopted a resolution to eradicate poverty in rural areas with active participation of cadres and people.
