2020年，對濟南來說是極不平凡的一年。

這一年，在新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情的沖擊和影響下，全市上下勠力同心，排除萬難，砥礪前行，書寫了精彩的答卷——GDP成功突破萬億元，強勢躋身“萬億俱樂部”，城市能級顯著提升。

根據市級生產總值統(tǒng)一核算結果，2020年全年濟南市生產總值為10140.91億元，同比增長4.9%。其中，第一產業(yè)增加值為361.66 億元，同比增長2.2%；第二產業(yè)增加值為3530.67億元，同比增長7.0%；第三產業(yè)增加值為6248.58億元，同比增長3.7%。

疫情期間，濟南始終把全力推動復工復產達產作為重中之重，搶前抓早部署企業(yè)復工，密集出臺惠企17條、促消費15條、穩(wěn)就業(yè)26條等一系列政策措施，選派1090名機關干部下沉一線開展“四進”攻堅行動，精準高效幫助企業(yè)解決用工、原料、銷售、資金、物流等實際困難，積極促進產業(yè)鏈協(xié)同復工復產，企業(yè)復工率、產能恢復率均居全國主要城市前列。

同時，濟南市通過重點領域引領帶動，實現3個“新高”。其中，2020年，濟南市規(guī)模以上工業(yè)增加值同比增長12.2%，增速達到“十三五”時期最高點；進出口總額同比增長23%，四個季度均保持在20%以上的增速，創(chuàng)下近5年新高；全市金融機構本外幣存貸款余額雙雙突破2萬億元人民幣，達到歷史最高水平。

在社會民生方面，2020年濟南居民消費價格指數上漲 2.4%，漲幅比上年縮小0.9個百分點，漲勢總體減緩，保供穩(wěn)價成效凸顯。全社會消費品零售總額4469.1億元，增長1.1%，實現由負轉正，分別高于全國、山東省5和1.1個百分點。

全市GDP從2001年突破千億關口，到2020年邁上萬億臺階，濟南用了20年時間，迎來了經濟實力的歷史性跨越，實現了“十三五”圓滿收官，也為實施濟南“十四五”規(guī)劃和2035年遠景目標綱要邁好第一步、見到新氣象，打下了堅實基礎。

Official statistics show that Jinans GDP surged 4.9 percent year-on-year to 1.014091 trillion yuan in 2020. The value added of the primary industry posted a growth of 2.2 percent， with a contribution to GDP of 36.166 billion yuan. The value added of the secondary industry increased by 7 percent year-on-year to reach 353.067 billion yuan， while the value added of the tertiary industry in 2020 stood at 624.858 billion yuan， up 3.7 percent year-on-year.
