[摘要] 目的 探究鋼板螺釘內固定治療四肢長管狀骨創(chuàng)傷骨折的臨床療效。方法 方便選取2018年10月—2019年9月期間在該院行鋼板螺釘內固定治療的52例四肢長管狀骨創(chuàng)傷骨折患者作為鋼板螺釘組，另選擇同期在該院行單側外固定支架固定法治療的40例同類骨折患者作為對照組。對照組行單側外固定支架固定治療，鋼板螺釘組行鋼板螺釘內固定治療，對比兩組手術時間、術后疼痛及康復相關指標。結果 鋼板螺釘組術后總有效率96.15%（50/52）顯著高于對照組80.00%（32/40），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=5.036，P<0.05）。鋼板螺釘組術后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率3.85%（2/52）顯著低于對照組22.50%（9/40），差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（χ2=5.806，P<0.05）。結論 采用鋼板螺釘內固定方式，手術操作時間時間較短、術后疼痛輕、固定穩(wěn)妥、骨折愈合速度快、并發(fā)癥風險低，預后更佳，可作為首選內固定方式。

Clinical Study of Internal Fixation with Plate and Screws for Treatment of Traumatic Fractures of Long Tubular Bones of Extremities

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation with steel plates and screws in the treatment of traumatic fractures of long tubular bones of extremities. Methods From October 2018 to September 2019， 52 patients with long tubular bone trauma fractures of extremities who underwent plate screw internal fixation in the hospital were convenient selected as the plate screw group， and unilateral external fixation was performed in the hospital during the same period. 40 patients with similar fractures were treated as a control group. The control group was treated with unilateral external fixation， and the plate screw group was treated with plate screw internal fixation. The operation time， postoperative pain and rehabilitation related indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the plate screw group was 96.15% （50/52） was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%（32/40）， the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.036， P<0.05）. The postoperative complication rate of the plate screw group was 3.85%（2/52） was significantly lower than the control group 22.50%（9/40）， the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.806，P<0.05）. Conclusion The internal fixation with steel plate and screws can be used as the preferred method of internal fixation， which has shorter operation time， light postoperative pain， stable fixation， fast fracture healing， low risk of complications， and better prognosis.

綜上所述，采用鋼板螺釘內固定方式，手術操作時間時間較短、術后疼痛輕、固定穩(wěn)妥、骨折愈合速度快、并發(fā)癥風險低，預后更佳，可作為首選內固定方式。
