基于高職教學(xué)改革中反思教學(xué)對提高教師教學(xué)能力的研究

摘? 要：不斷地反思教學(xué)，教師在總結(jié)教學(xué)過程的方法心得的同時，加強與課程教師、學(xué)生的交流獲得反饋。使教學(xué)得到優(yōu)化，從而讓教師更好地駕馭課堂，學(xué)生更好地提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。
