基于改進熵值法的唐山市新型城鎮(zhèn)化質量 評價體系的構建

摘要：針對唐山市新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展中存在的問題，結合唐山市城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的實際情況，在傳統(tǒng)的城鎮(zhèn)化指標上進行了進一步的改良，并增加了新指標，依據(jù)指標可獲得性、科學性、代表性、可比性、系統(tǒng)性、人本性原則構建了包含三個維度的新型城鎮(zhèn)化質量評價體系。利用改進熵值法對各項指標進行賦權，為唐山市新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設提供了一定的參考。
Abstract： In view of the problems existing in the development of new urbanization in Tangshan City， combined with the actual situation of the development of urbanization in Tangshan City， according to the principles of index availability， scientificity， representativeness， comparability， systematization and human nature， a new urbanization quality evaluation system is proposed. The improved entropy method is used to give weight to each index， which provides a certain reference for the new urbanization construction of Tangshan.
