[摘要]目的：探討自體肋軟骨聯(lián)合硅膠假體在短鼻畸形修復(fù)中的應(yīng)用研究。方法：選擇2015年2月-2017年3月筆者醫(yī)院接診的110例短鼻畸形患者進(jìn)行研究，通過(guò)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為觀察組（58例）和對(duì)照組（52例），對(duì)照組采用硅膠假體修復(fù)，觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合自體肋軟骨修復(fù)。比較兩組手術(shù)情況、鼻修復(fù)效果、滿(mǎn)意度及并發(fā)癥情況。結(jié)果：觀察組修復(fù)成功率高于對(duì)照組，手術(shù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)于對(duì)照組[100.00% vs 92.31%，（89.73±11.05）min vs（56.60±5.28）min]，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）;觀察組術(shù)后12個(gè)月時(shí)鼻根高、鼻面角、鼻尖角均高于對(duì)照組[（6.21±0.38）mm vs（5.89±0.35）mm，（28.30±2.15）° vs（26.74±2.06）°，（89.25±3.03）° vs（87.01±2.85）°]，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者滿(mǎn)意率高于對(duì)照組（100.00% vs 92.31%），術(shù)后并發(fā)癥總發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組（3.45% vs 15.38%），差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：自體肋軟骨聯(lián)合硅膠假體在短鼻畸形修復(fù)中效果顯著，能有效改善鼻部形態(tài)，術(shù)后維持效果好，且可減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生，患者滿(mǎn)意度高，值得在臨床應(yīng)用中推廣。

Abstract： Objective ?To explore the application of autogenous costal cartilage combined with silica gel prosthesis in the repair of short nose deformity. Methods ?110 patients with short nose deformity who were admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected for study. They were divided into the observation group （58 cases） and the control group （52 cases） by random number table method. The control group was treated with silicone prosthesis. The observation group was treated with autogenous costal cartilage on the basis of the control group. The operation condition， nasal repair effect， satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results ?The success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group， and the operation time was longer than that of the control group[100.00% vs 92.31%， （89.73±11.05） min vs （56.60±5.28）min]， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The nasal root height， nasal facial angle and nasal tip angle of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 12 months after operation[（6.21±0.38）mm vs （5.89±0.35）mm， （28.30±2.15）° vs （26.74±2.06）°， （89.25±3.03）° vs （87.01±2.85）°]， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The patients satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （100.00% vs 92.31%， P<0.05）. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （3.45% vs 15.38%， P<0.05）. Conclusion ?The effect of autogenous costal cartilage combined with silica gel prosthesis in the repair of short nose deformity is remarkable， it can effectively improve the shape nose， the maintenance effect is good， and can reduce the occurrence of complications， it is worthy of promotion in clinical application.
