Britain will ban[禁止] the sale of newpetrol， diesel and hybrid cars from2035， five years earlier than planned.The change comes after experts said2040 would be too late if the UK wantsto achieve its target of emitting virtually zero carbon by 2050. The lrish government announced plans to ban the saleof "fossil fuel cars" by the year 2030， while Denmark has also proposed aphaseout of new diesel and petrol car sales in 2030.

Diners will not be allowed tosit face-to-face in restaurantsand canteens in Beijing during thecoronavirus outbreak， according tothe latest government notice.
