【摘要】 目的：探討奧美拉唑聯(lián)合奧曲肽對(duì)上消化道出血的有效性及出血量的影響。方法：選擇2016年6月-2019年6月本院收治的上消化道出血患者100例，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組和觀察組，每組50例。對(duì)照組給予奧美拉唑注射，觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合奧曲肽，治療后7 d對(duì)兩組效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估，比較兩組臨床療效、臨床指標(biāo)改善情況、凝血功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)以及藥物安全性。結(jié)果：觀察組治療后7 d臨床療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;觀察組平均止血時(shí)間、住院時(shí)間、輸血量及48 h再出血率均低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05），觀察組24、48 h止血率均高于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;觀察組血小板、PT、APTT、FIB均明顯改善，且改善程度均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）;觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為8.00%，低于對(duì)照組的32.00%（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：奧美拉唑聯(lián)合奧曲肽對(duì)上消化道出血具有良好的療效，有助于縮短住院時(shí)間，減少出血量，降低再出血率，能夠安全有效地治療上消化道出血，對(duì)臨床推廣具有重要價(jià)值。

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of Omeprazole combined with Octreotide on patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage and influence on the amount of bleeding. Method： A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group， 50 cases in each group. The control group was given Omeprazole injection， the observation group was combined with Octreotide on the basis of the control group. The effect of the patients was evaluated after 7 days of treatment， the clinical efficacy， clinical indicators improvement， coagulation function related indicators and drug safety of two groups were compared. Result： The clinical efficacy of the observation group at 7 d after treatment was better than that of the control group （P<0.05）. The average hemostasis time， hospitalization time， blood transfusion volume and 48 h rebleeding rate were lower in the observation group compared with the control group （P<0.05）. The hemostasis rate at 24 and 48 h in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The platelet， PT， APTT and FIB were significantly improved in the observation group， and the improvements were better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%， it was lower than 32.00% in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Omeprazole combined with Octreotide has a good curative effect on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding， which can shorten the hospitalization time， reduce the amount of bleeding， reduce the rate of rebleeding， and safely and effectively treat upper gastrointestinal bleeding， promotion has an important value.

綜上所述，奧美拉唑聯(lián)合奧曲肽對(duì)上消化道出血具有良好的療效，有助于縮短住院時(shí)間，減少出血量，降低再出血率低，能夠安全有效地治療上消化道出血，對(duì)臨床推廣具有重要價(jià)值。
