Low?irrigation?efficiency?has?been?the?most?urgent?need?for?improvement?in?recent?years.We?have?designed?a?new?type?of?machine. In?this paper, the?structure, shape?and?geometric?size?of?intelligent?irrigation?machine?are?designed, and?the?control?circuit?is?verified.The?physical?objects?are?made?by?3D?printing?and?assembled?and?debugged?with?electronic?control?components.

The?unreasonable?use?of?irrigation?water?will?not?only?waste?water, but?also?may?lead?to?international?disputes. Improving?irrigation?efficiency?is?an?important?way?to?deal?with?water?crisis. Intelligent?irrigation?machine?provides?a?new?design?of?modern?smart?agriculture?products, which?can?effectively?solve?the?problems.

Currently,?almost?all?feasible?solutions?in?this?area?require?considerable?human?and?financial?resources.?Maintenance?costs?are?also?unacceptably,high?for?small?countries?with?small?arable?land.
We?have?designed?a?new?type?of?Intelligent?irrigation?machine?which?can?easily?take?care?of?a?farmland.The?introduction?of?3D?printing?technology?makes?our?equipment?inexpensive?and?can?be?modified?according?to?the?actual?circumstances.Importantly,the?system?is?cheap?and?easy?to?operate.
If?our?machine?is?successfully?implemented,agricultural?water?can?be?greatly?saved.The?water?saved?can?replace?the?water?originally?supplied?to?industry?and?household.At?the?same?time, it?can?also?maintain?the?health?of?the?river?itself.
2.1.Overview?on?machine
We?have?designed?a?kind?of?intelligent?irrigation?device.?The?device?is?composed?of?three?parts:basin?body,electronic?monitoring?unit?and?watering?unit.The?electronic?monitoring?unit?consists?of?humidity?sensor,parameter?input?module?and?parameter?control?module.The?watering?unit?comprises?a?pump?and?a?nozzle?connected?to?the?pump.The?pump,the?humidity?sensor?and?the?parameter?input?module?are?respectively?connected?with?the?parameter?control?module.
2.2.Internal?devices
1.Main?control?board?(Single-chip):We?use?the?Arduino?2560?control?board.
2.Bluetooth?module:We?use?common?HC-05,HC-05?Bluetooth?module?which?is?applicable?to?a?variety?of?3.3V?single-chip?computer?systems.
3.Soil?detection?module:This?module?monitors?the?humidity?around?the?farmland?and?the?soil?humidity.It?is?the?core?part?of?this?machine.
4.Circuit?design:,According?to?the?functions?we?designed, the?above-mentioned?parts?are?set?and?welded?on?the?main?control?board.
3.Operation?effect
During?a?monitoring?cycle,the?humidity?sensor?will?monitor?the?humidity?of?crops,and?transmits?the?humidity?data?to?the?main?control?board?in?real?time,and?displays?it?on?the?touch?screen.The?control?board?will?compare?the?detection?value?with?the?preset?value.If?the?detection?value?is?less?than?the?preset?value,the?main?control?board?will?send?a?signal?to?the?feed?valve?to?make?it?open, and?then?send?a?signal?to?the?pump?for?pumping?water.The?sprayer?is?used?to?irrigate?large?area?of?soil?for?3?seconds,then?the?pump?and?the?water?valve?will?be?closed.After?half?an?hour,the?detection?value?will?be?compared?with?the?preset?value.If?the?detection?value?is?greater?than?or?equal?to?the?present?value,no?action?will?be?taken?and?the?work?cycle?will?be?achieved.The?preset?value?can?be?set?by?myself?on?the?touch?screen.
The?humidity?value?of?different?kinds?of?plants?will?be?shown?on?the?touch?screen.And?the?humidity?preset?value?can?also?be?adjusted?in?real?time.Different?plants?have?different?irrigation?cycles?and?different?irrigation?time.Both?of?them?can
also?be?adjusted?to?achieve?the?most?scientific?and?reasonable?cultivation?mode.

With?the?development?of?science?and?technology,there?will?be?more?and?more?products?like?intelligent?irrigation?system?which?can?save?a?lot?of?natural?resources.How?to?achieve?fair?use?of?international?river?water?resources?The?system?we?designed?is?really?a?good?way?to?solve?this?problem.It?is?believed?that?similar?problems?will?be?solved?one?by?one?in?the?future.It?was?said?that?human?development?upsets?the?delicate?equilibrium?of?the?ecosystem.The?earth?is?the?common?home?of?mankind.We?should?try?our?best?to?protect?it.The?system?demonstrates?the?determination?and?knowledge?reserve?of?our?youth?groups?to?solve?environmental?problems.
