一、教材分析
這單元介紹的是飲食習(xí)慣,旨在讓學(xué)生明白什么是健康的飲食習(xí)慣以及健康飲食的重要性。鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生檢查日常飲食是否健康。本篇文章詞匯量較大,且大部分學(xué)生對(duì)飲食與健康關(guān)系了解較少。因此,本文的學(xué)習(xí)難度較大。
二、學(xué)情分析
本節(jié)課的授課對(duì)象是高一的學(xué)生。他們能夠讀懂文章的大概意思。但是,要恰當(dāng)運(yùn)用英語(yǔ)詞匯表達(dá)自己的看法,以及通過(guò)英語(yǔ)文章的閱讀獲取相關(guān)信息對(duì)于高一學(xué)生有一定困難。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.通過(guò)本課時(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生能夠讀懂課文大意,掌握與將康飲食有關(guān)的重點(diǎn)詞匯。
2.使學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)通過(guò)略讀,尋找文章的主題句,通過(guò)查讀,捕捉文章的重要細(xì)節(jié)理解作者的寫(xiě)作意圖,從而提高閱讀理解能力。
3.使學(xué)生意識(shí)到健康飲食的重要性,只有飲食健康,才能有健康的身體,因此,我們要養(yǎng)成健康且平衡的飲食習(xí)慣。
四、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)及難點(diǎn)
1.掌握有關(guān)營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分與食物的詞匯以及這些營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的來(lái)源和主要功能。
2.使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成科學(xué)的閱讀習(xí)慣,提高閱讀理解能力和語(yǔ)言水平。
五、教學(xué)方法
1.以任務(wù)型教學(xué)為主,強(qiáng)調(diào)教學(xué)方法的靈活性和多樣性。
2.采取小組合作的方法,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作精神。

Step 1.Leading-in and Warming-up
1.First show the students some pictures of dishes to introduce the ? ? ? ? topic of this unit.
2.T:What do you usually have for breakfast/lunch/supper?What is your favourite food?Can you give the reasons?
3.Ask Ss to discuss with their partners and divide the food into three groups.

Step2 Pre-reading
Get the students to discuss the questions with their partners in this part.Then ask them to report their work.this part will help the students understand the text.
As we know,a healthy diet is very important to us.If we dont have the right diet in our daily life,there will be something wrong with us sooner or later.Now lets read a story related to the diet.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)“讀前”部分設(shè)計(jì)的討論題,激發(fā)學(xué)生的閱讀興趣,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的閱讀技巧。
Step3 Reading
1.Guessing
Make a guess according to the title before reading.
Where are you invited to go?
What foods are you offered there?
2.Skimming and Scanning
1)Read fast to prove your guess.
2)Finish the table
3)Give Ss 2 minutes to summarize the main idea of the story.
4)How many parts can this passage be divided into?Whats the general idea of each part?

3.Detail reading
1)Read the text carefully and decide the following sentences are true or not.
(1)Yong Hui served a balanced diet.(F)
(2)Usually Wang Pengrestaurants was full of people.(T)
(3)Wang Peng decided to copy Yong Huis menu.(F)
Step 4 ?Pair and Group Discussion
Until now we have known whats wrong with both restaurants.Next discuss in pairs:
1.Who will win the competition at last?Give your reasons.
2.Please think of a way to help them put end to their competition.
3.Work in groups to design a sign for the new restaurant.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過(guò)本環(huán)節(jié)讓學(xué)生預(yù)測(cè)單元話題內(nèi)容,加深對(duì)課文內(nèi)容的理解;而通過(guò)讓學(xué)生自己設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)飯店的招牌,達(dá)到讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用已學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新的能力并培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí)。

1.本堂課在教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)上,從學(xué)生的興趣和生活經(jīng)驗(yàn)出發(fā),采取合作與交流的學(xué)習(xí)方式,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的閱讀能力,注重學(xué)生全面發(fā)展和個(gè)體差異的統(tǒng)一,閱讀任務(wù)設(shè)計(jì)由淺入深,符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知特點(diǎn)?;具_(dá)到了教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
2.本課在思維拓展,話題討論的處理上,時(shí)間略顯倉(cāng)促,學(xué)生未能有充分的時(shí)間思考、準(zhǔn)備。
