一、利用好奇心形成內(nèi)驅(qū)力，促使學(xué)生主動參與

小學(xué)生的好奇心普遍比較強，對新奇的事物容易產(chǎn)生強烈的探究興趣，從而形成對學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)驅(qū)力。在小學(xué)英語教學(xué)活動中，教師需要以學(xué)生的興趣為切入點，創(chuàng)設(shè)有趣的學(xué)習(xí)情境，刺激學(xué)生的探究學(xué)習(xí)行為，讓學(xué)生可以積極、主動地參與，形成強大的內(nèi)驅(qū)力，推動學(xué)生全身心地投入到英語學(xué)習(xí)活動，最大化發(fā)揮自身的主觀能動性，獲得比較理想的學(xué)習(xí)效果。

在學(xué)習(xí)小學(xué)《英語》Unit 1 The lion and the mouse的內(nèi)容時，教師在開始上課時就提出問題，“Today well learn a interesting story which is about a strong lion and a weak mouse.”學(xué)生聽到教師的介紹，對即將學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容產(chǎn)生了期待，教師繼續(xù)說，“What happened to the strong lion and the weak mouse？ Can you imagine the story between the lion and the mouse？”在教師問題的啟發(fā)下，學(xué)生的好奇心成功被誘發(fā)了，紛紛開始想象龐大的獅子和弱小的老鼠之間可能發(fā)生的故事?！癆t the end of this story， the strong lion and the weak mouse are good friends. Do you want to know what on earth happened to them？”教師的問題進一步增強了學(xué)生對故事內(nèi)容的好奇心。在這個前提條件下，教師層層深入的引導(dǎo)，學(xué)生在好奇心的驅(qū)使下，迫不及待地打開教材，開始閱讀Story time部分的內(nèi)容。

二、激發(fā)求知欲形成內(nèi)驅(qū)力，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生認真探究

培根認為“求知是一種快樂，好奇心知識的萌芽。”教師在組織小學(xué)英語教學(xué)時，可以從學(xué)生的求知欲入手。通過精心設(shè)計的問題，適時提出問題，營造有效的問題情境，引起學(xué)生的認知沖突，幫助學(xué)生搭建新舊知識的聯(lián)系，讓學(xué)生形成強大的內(nèi)驅(qū)力，自覺克服學(xué)習(xí)中的困難，主動探究未知領(lǐng)域，自主發(fā)現(xiàn)英語新知識，實現(xiàn)英語學(xué)習(xí)目標。

在學(xué)習(xí)小學(xué)《英語》Unit 3 A healthy diet時，教師在帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)Story time部分之前，先讓學(xué)生圍繞著“Healthy diet”這個話題，談?wù)撟约簩Α敖】碉嬍场钡目捶ā！癉o you think what is a healthy diet？”教師提出問題，引發(fā)學(xué)生思考?！癈an you give some examples about it？”學(xué)生開始按照自己的理解進行回答，“Take fresh fruit and yoghurt every day.”有學(xué)生說?！癟ake freshly made food every day.”有學(xué)生說。“Drink water instead of soda drinking.”還有學(xué)生說?！癉ont eat too much meat and sweet food.”“Dont eat too much fried food.”對學(xué)生給出的答案，教師進行了總結(jié)點評，提高了學(xué)生的閱讀效率。

三、借助成就感形成內(nèi)驅(qū)力，強化學(xué)生積極體驗

每個人心中，都有著一個自我實現(xiàn)的夢想，這份夢想需要成就來支撐。在小學(xué)階段的英語教學(xué)中，教師通過自身對學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)過程與結(jié)果的正面評價，強化學(xué)生英語學(xué)習(xí)的成就感，鞏固英語學(xué)習(xí)的效果。

在學(xué)習(xí)小學(xué)《 英語》Unit 8 Our dreams時，教師在帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生完成了Story time部分的學(xué)習(xí)之后，讓學(xué)生談一下自己的夢想?！癕y dear boys and girls， I believe everyone has his or her dream. What do you want to be in the future？” 學(xué)生們開始自由發(fā)言。有學(xué)生說，“I want to be a teacher， just like you. I can teach my students a lot of knowledge and the truth of being a man.”教師說，“Wow， it is a good ideal. So you should study hard for your ideal.”“I want to be a doctor. Because doctors can cure patients and help them from disease and pain.”有學(xué)生說。教師給予了肯定的點評，學(xué)生在教師的點評中，感受到了肯定和鼓勵，體會到了英語表達的成就感，形成了積極的情感體驗。
